Yes at the second coming , but many will not survive , only a remnant will be restored at that time . Until then Israel is in disobedience. Although individual Jews can be saved .

Most Jews and others worship on Sabbath which is Saturday. Myself and most christians wor0ship on a Sunday. ( The Lords day.) Jesus rose on a Sunday is the reason we worship on a Sunday.

No. I'm not cutting my hand off or taking the mark.

    Lord no.

I don't know. But I would think that God would give them every possible chance. It will be very tempting not to take the mark knowing that you could'nt buy or sell without it. You would starve to death.

If you believe and do what is in John Chapter 3. Then, YOU MUST follow Jesus Christ.

    If we plan on going to heaven, we first need to learn about WHO we are following. We're going to be living with Him. It makes sense to fully investigate. We do that by reading the Gospel books: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. See what Jesus says, what he does;

What he likes, loves, mercy, justice, good will towards simple people like you and me.

Dislikes: hypocrites, Nicolaitans like Pharisees that are soft on sin and enforce obedience to their rules, not Gods.

We have to read the Bible which means, every day. Pray and ask Him to bless your food and all that concerns you. Learn to become sensitive to times when satan is sniffing around for ways to tempt you. Jesus told him "get thee behind me! You shall not tempt the Lord your God!"

Satan is going to hell, so let's steer clear of him.

Jesus is The Way, the Truth and the Life. He's greater and bigger than anything the Worldly world or Satan has to throw at us.

Don't let Nicolaitans tie you down or challenge YOUR faith in Jesus. If you follow what is in the Bible you will always be on the narrow path to victory and eternal life. Plus you receive the Holy Spirit and He will teach you all mysteries if you ask Him. If you get sick or your car breaks down on the freeway, you can ask for angelic assistance to keep you safe.

Ok I'm kinda hoping for a bowling alley but I'll settle for the Tree of Life. Can't wait to get to Heaven and meet some of the people in Hebrews chapter 11.

Like it or not; this world that everyone is trying to save, is going to be remodeled to remove everything BAD that mankind did to it. Clean air, crystal clear water, No GMO's, no crime. Jesus is the Light of Heaven.

Everything I just said is in the Bible. (Except the bowling alley).

We are all followers of Jesus..so let's learn NOW, to whom we belong to and what's next? It's going to be good.

I totally agree with you brother. The old covenant law(Ten Commandments) are pretty simple and in no way cover the whole spectrum of committing sin. As if someone still thought "just live by these ten and I'm good" that clearly, to me, shows that Christ is not growing within them, yet hopefully. The differentiation of living by the flesh, or in the Spirit, is a whole new life. Truly gifted to us by the works of our Saviour Jesus Christ. Thanks be to people like you and all the other brothers, and sisters, in Christ around the world trying to spread the "good news" of salvation. Able to have true relationship with our Eternal Father in Heaven. In the world we live in today not many people are interested in hearing about the Lord. Never stop confessing Him to other people. At least trying to plant a seed, for our Father, that one day may begin to grow in Christ. "Every good, perfect, gift is from above"

    God Bless you Chris.

Are you referring to Asherah? If so, this word is not the King James Bible, but in other Bible versions it is translated as 'Asherah'.

Asherah (plural, Asherim) refers to 'grove' in the KJV, and these groves were essentially the trunk of a tree that was hewed down & then carved into an image for the purpose of worship that image. The origin of this was the Canaanite goddess Astarte whose image may have been carved into the trunk.

You may remember that God's people, Israel, were commanded to go into the land of the Canaanites, Hivites, Hittites, etc. to conquer them & this land would be Israel's future possession. However, throughout the history of Israel, they started off well to serve the true & living God, but ended up taking on the worship of the idols of the heathen around them. You can look at these references: 1 Kings 16:33, 2 Kings 21:7, Exodus 34:13, Judges 6:25 for a few occurrences of this idolatry. So whenever you see 'groves' or 'asherah', they refer to idolatry that was practised by heathen nations & for which Israel often also did & suffered under God's Hand.

Richard, if we look at the Commandments of God, whether given only to Israel as they were, or in a general way to us, of knowing & attending to God's requirements, then there can be no fault found in the Law.

The issue that comes up, whether known or unknown to the Law-keeper, is a theological one & in a very real way impacts on our view of the Scriptures & our view of our relationship to the Godhead. The Word declares that God's Law "is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good." ( Rom 7:12) so there's nothing wrong with the Law & its eternal purity & accuracy. But the problem comes up when Jesus Christ appeared on the scene & gave His Life for mankind. Something happened to that Law - it didn't change in its character & condition - it changed in its 'use by date' hence, its usefulness. ( Heb 8:6,7): "But now hath he (Jesus) obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. For if that first covenant (the Law) had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second."

And so, if the Law remained without fault in as far as giving us direction in life & keeping us acceptable to God, then there was no need for a Saviour - the Law was doing a good job, or was it? But that was never in God's Plan as the 'expiry date' had come when Jesus came: "For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." ( Rom 8:3,4). So here we have the decision: are we righteous before God by keeping the letter of the Law, or by the righteousness of the Law which comes from the Spirit? If we choose to 'keep' the Law & tick off the list to show how we're doing in our eyes or before God, then our righteousness comes from the Law & not by faith in Jesus Christ.

The Church is not commanded to keep the Sabbath. The command is specific to the LORD's covenant with Israel:

Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. ( Exodus 31:16)

And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. ( Deuteronomy 5:15)

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. ( Colossians 2:16-17)

    Good day brother Dan,

I also believe following the Ten Commandments is something the Lord wants us all to do. As really when you become Blessed with the Holy Ghost they are a pretty simple line to follow. Some believe in a slightly different way. Which is fine as them knowing that staying away from sin or "lusts of the flesh" is key which in itself is the same thing. Now being in Christ it does get more broad than just the Ten Commandments. Which I've stated is a good simple outline of our duties. Sadly some believe they cannot sin anymore. Which I won't get into that but it really is sorrowful. Striving to follow Jesus Christ, the best we can, shows God what's really in our hearts. Knowing even if we slip up to stay meek and confess to the Lord. Praying for His never ending Mercy, it shall be ours. He shall direct our paths.

Keeping everyday Holy is wonderful. Love one another my brothers and sisters!

Stay producing delightful fruit for the Lord. God Bless you brother.

Lionjudah, the Spirit has graced you with truths that most want see, Ezekiel 5:1-4, Zachariah 13:9, Obadiah 17-21, Zachariah 12:7-8, how great to be under the Spirits mercy and grace.

Mishael, may the Spirit grace us with his words, you quoted Isaiah 14:11-16. Verse 16 says: They that see thee (king of Babylon) shall narrowly look upon thee (king of Babylon), and consider thee (king of Babylon), saying is this the MAN (king of Babylon) that made the earth to tremble, and that did shake kingdoms. The whole chapter is about the king of Babylon. Ezekiel 28 is talking about the king of Tyrus, Ezekiel 28:12. Satan was a liar and murder from the beginning, no perfection there. The third that fall in Revelation 12:4 is the same third in Zachariah 13:9 and the same third in Ezekiel 5:1-4 and the same third in Revelation 8:7-12. These prophesies are about fire saving mankind not torturing mankind.

    Dear Brother Richard in Christ,

    Happy Sabbath!

Yes, the sabbath was made for man, and it truly is a wonderful gift from God. Yes we can do good on this day.

Jesus showed us all of the wonderful things that could be performed on this special day! The scribes and Pharisees were always looking for ways to trip Jesus up with the Sabbath.

    Luke 6:9-10

"Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?" 10. And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

We can justify many things on the sabbath....but, ignore the sabbath, God forbid!

    Apostle Paul below:

    Romans 3:31

"Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law."

    God Bless.

    Brother Chris,

Happy Sabbath! Today is the sabbath of our Lord, and I'm very blessed, not only today... but everyday in our Lord Jesus Christ!

Regarding the Seventh Day Baptists, I'm happy to share this or any other information, with you and other Christians here. We are hopefully here to help each other, and fellowship.

I'm continually learning as I study the Bible scriptures. As with all Christians, it is my hope to receive the ultimate gift of eternal life. Yes, I agree with you, it is beneficial to get different viewpoints on important bible topics including the sabbath.

    Revelation 22:14

"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

    God Bless.

Brother Dan. Just further to my comment as you truly piqued my interest in the Seventh Day Baptists. I took time to listen to a video from a Pastor from one of those Churches (in the U.S.), speaking on this subject of observing the Sabbath. And of course, he shared verbatim to what others on this Site have also written, so I assume that the support of Sabbath-keeping generally is based on that understanding from the Word.

However, no mention was made by him about the aspect of the Old Covenant against the New Covenant brought in by Jesus Christ. Maybe he saw no relevance in that, but I believe, with a full & proper understanding of it, one should get a better understanding of how God looks at us & what He requires of us as those now gifted with His Spirit as opposed to those who were required to adhere to the Law & implications. I'm not wanting to raise this subject again as it has been brought up many times already, but to share that a balanced message or exposition, would be most needful to those seeking understanding.

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

32Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

33But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more

  • LUCIFER BECOMES SATAN - In Reply on Revelation 16 - 3 years ago
    To Earl Bowman. Isaiah 28:13-19

Lucifer was A CREATED ARCHANGEL. 4th in line to the Throne. He was cast down to the Earth. He became Satan. He was NOT human. He had no ability to produce children, unless you refer to evil spirits? Lucifer was in charge of praise and worship to God. He lost his position and name also when he was cast out.

13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that THOU WAS CREATED.

14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

    Revelation 12:9

And the GREAT DRAGON was cast out, that old SERPENT called the DEVIL and SATAN, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

SEE ISAIAH 14:12-16, to read more of Lucifer.

If you will Google 'LIST OF DEMON NAMES'

you'll see who works for him. The 1/3 that chose to be cast out with him.

    Blessings, Mishael
