Testimony: The Big Thing

Alexis Young's testimony "The Big Thing" on 10/29/2020, 9:10am...

So before I got saved was terrible. I didn’t listen; I used to sneak my dad’s phone text people. Now back then I had an abusive stepmom. She would beat my dad, my sisters, me she would make us get entire house spotless or else we don’t eat. It was hard well one day she went to her work telling her workers how bad I was and one her best friends said “Well, why not she come to are church” Now I was one those kids who loved church I would try to take my sisters but she wouldn’t let me so I was happy to go there. I went there for about 2 months when I felt this urge when they had an altar call. I wanted to go up there, but it scared me. Then we got home from church I told my stepmom she said “The way you’ve been acting you can never gets saved” Well a few weeks later she tells me “I want to get saved” We planned ongoing to the more altar together, now even then the devil tried to get me my shoes broke I was bit embarrassed to go up there barefooted but that’s exactly what I did. My week went good till that Friday I went to eye doctor appointment with my grandma. Now this person was a student we sit there for hours on end him look and playing with eyesight when finally gets his boss to come on in. She sees my left eye is getting pushed out from my eye and takes tests but then sets a MRI appointment for next month well me and my grandma getting into car she come running out in heels saying “Just go get you cat scan.” So we did we waited another long time. Well after I do the cat scan me and my grandma out, we go get me some new shoes at Walmart well my grandma had to go to restroom im waiting outside with her phone in hand when call comes I don’t answer because I didn’t see they were in her contacts my grandma comes out I give her the phone, she calls em tells em my name then they say you need to get to the emergency room fast we do. I end up having a brain tumor, taking half of my head. I get rushed to hospital in Tulsa they wanted to fly me but my brother died getting flown up there so I refused. Anyway, my brain surgery was supposed cause me to not be able to see walk talk move remember anything, but I did it, I did it all because night before surgery i was scared lying there awake alone and I felt God spirt around me. After that I knew I was going to be okay. 2 days after my surgery I was walking and talking, Yes I have issues my right arm is kinda lacky but it gets better day by day and my left eye is like horriable in sseeing in but just the fact that im alive i thank God that only proved that i havent done what i was born to do here just yet and when that time comes im ready because i will be on the right side of the throne of God and no one can take that away nor stop me. Praise the Lord, Jesus Chirst because hes donre so much for you, you dont even know.
