If some of you are old enough you may know me. I have been in movies and at least one book plus YouTubes. Anyhow I did a major crime years ago in Portland Oregon in 1998. Thank God, the crime didn't happen and that is why I only did eight years seven months in prison. Up to the time leading to jail I was an atheist. I was lost and I never could admit it. There was the pride issue, which led to my fall. I wanted to have a police assisted suicide. I just didn’t care anymore. I thought my life was over when things started to go bad. I had a hard time and when things got bad I had nowhere to turn since I did not know God. My crime partner Todd Jessie Garton had been lying to me about God and the Bible. It was mass confusion I did not need at the time.
I want to tell you if someone tries to sincerely tell you about God listen to them. There are a lot of Bibles and a lot of churches, but there is only one truth and that truth is Jesus. Run to Him because Jesus can save you of so many things from addictions, to crime, abortions (which I am pro-life), to suicide, gambling or any other multitude of problems in life. Some people will tell you hell doesn’t exist but that is not what the Bible teaches. The Bible teaches us there is a payment for sin: (Gal 6:7) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. If people try and lie to you; especially those who wish your harm stay away. For me I have met some terrible people on my path to heaven. One was my pastor who stole all my credit cards when I was ill.
In my walk to Christ it was not well. I have been subjected to severe insanity which I am heavily medicated for. This happened within a month or so of going to jail. One inmate who wanted to try and prove he was God cast spells on me though I think some other negative energy came from Todd Jessie Garton too. I am finally getting a hold on it because of heavy medications but also because: (Php 4:13) I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
I ask, no I beg you, if you are in prison, literal or figurative, the chains only bind tighter as you withhold anger within your soul. Here I am a work in progress, but if you have trouble forgiving those that did harm to you at least know that the judges, DA’s, investigators, guards and police are not the ones who got you to prison. You did that to you and that is a hard truth you have to accept or it will eat you alive.
Whatever you are going through now, read the Bible because it is your only hope. I read the King James because it is a proven fact that the KJV is the most accurate translation there is. If you have trouble reading it I suggest buying a Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance, or Strongest Strong’s. In addition to all of this you need to accept God’s forgiveness and learn to forgive yourself. Amen.
