Niese; they gave name to their region, which was, substantially, Anti-Lebanon, compare τῆς Ἰτουραίας καὶ Τραχωνίτιδος χώρας Luke 3:1; on יְטוּר‎ and (later) proper name, of a territory Ituraea, see especially GASmGeogr. 544 ff. and reff.
