Part 2 of 3 The reason why people are not being filled with the Holy Ghost is because they truly have not let go of the world in their heart. God looks at the heart of everyone. Repentance is a godly sorrow that will affect emotions, 2 Corinthians 7 9 and 10. When God looks at the heart and sees that a person is truly repented then there is a circumcision of the heart pricked in the heart this prompts a true repentance of emotion, Romans 2 29, Colossians 2 11, Acts 2 37.

Part 1 of 3 Hello RNM I would like to add to my responses. Lot s wife was turned into a pillar of salt because she disobeyed and looked back into that sinful place. She was destroyed with them, Genesis 19 26 But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt . She had not truly let go of the world. This is what is happening today.

The political world and the Christian world will continue to collide because if what the world is doing is against God s word then we cannot uphold the world and it beliefs. God does not change, Malachi 3 6 For I am the LORD, I change not therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. Paul repeated this statement, Hebrews 13 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever .

I believe one of the gravest errors that many members of the body of Christ make and that is they forget that God does not change. We must strive to be Biblically correct not politically correct. Remember our enemy, the devil does not care what one believes, as long as it 's not the truth, the word of God almighty.

Hello Rebecca Lynne I would like to add to my comment that I posted. The act of homosexuality is not the only sin that we should not uphold. The reason why people focus on this one is because of the strangeness of it. It goes against the natural affections of a person. However, there is lying, fornication, adultery. There is a whole list of sin that God does not like. The Bible states that all liars will have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone This is the second death, Revelation 21 8. People lie to their children, thereby enforcing that it is alright to tell little white lies. For example, people teach their children every year there is a Santa Claus. They lie about the tooth fairy. They lie about the Easter bunny. Even though people call them little white lies the Bible states all liars will go into the lake of fire. It does not distinguish between a little white lie and a big lie, it is still a lie.

Hello Rebecca Lynne I thank God for his Word and thank you for those kind words. You are absolutely correct. We are not to support them in their sin. Does this mean that we treat them badly? The answer is no. We still have to follow peace with all men and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord. They are still human and as long as there is breath in the body they have a chance to change. However, we do have to separate church and state when it comes to upholding our beliefs. If I were asked to marry a gay couple,I would not marry them, because it is against my belief. However, if they are in position of authority would I respect them? Yes, because they are in position of authority. In regard to Romans 1 32, If I can say it like this, how can you teach, preach, or lead if you are committing sin yourself? How can you tell someone that the act of homosexuality is against God and you are doing it yourself? This is considered as a hypocrite. You should not find pleasure in them or anyone committing sin.

Hello RNM Yes, the true Christian has noticed the rise of Homosexuality coming out. We are truly living in the last days. When Jesus Christ returns and calls his saints home then woe unto those that are left here to go through the tribulation period. This is why it is important that if you are not saved, get saved. If you are saved stay saved. Matthew 24 36 "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only ". No one knows exactly when he is coming back, but it is close. They will be drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, like in the days of Noe, Matthew 24 35 thru 39. Just like God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah with fire he rained down, he will destroy this entire Earth and Heaven like that with fire. Jude 1 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

In one of the references to the end of time, the Messiah said It would be as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, has any body noticed the sodomite movement going on in the U.S. and around the world I 'm sure not everyone in Sodom were sodomites, but the rest were probably caught up in some form of evil and condoned the sodomites. Just like it is here in the USA today. All I know, we are getting closer, THANK GOD.

I would like to ask your opinion on the very last verse of Romans chapter 1, I have always believed that even if you were not a homosexual, if you approved of it, you were just as guilty. Some other versions of the Bible seem to imply this. I don 't know if you read any other translation but KJV. Thank you.

I would like to add one more comment to my 2 part response. Deuteronomy 25 16 For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the LORD thy God. In the scriptures you will further find more things that God hat. 1 Corinthians 6 9 10 Know ye not that unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

The adjective of abomination is abominable which mean nasty and disgusting vile loathsome highly unpleasant disagreeable very bad. In verse number 20 when God said, And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous If I can say it like this notice the word sin there is no s on it to indicate plural or many sins. The focused seemed to have been on the one particular sin. That was the desire of men with men. Homosexuality. When the LORD said in verse 21 I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me and if not, I will know . The scripture stated it , referring back to sin being singular. The only thing sin or it focused on that night was those men asking and wanting to have the angels of God which were men. They did not want the women that Lot offered them. They wanted the men. Think about this, if their intentions were honorable why did Lot offer his virgin daughters? This is continue with the next Genesis 19.

In addition to my other comment, in Romans Chapter 1 it states Verse 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves Verse 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature. Verse 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that reompence of their error which was meet. I ask again what is Homosexuality? Homosexuality is men having sex with men, women having sex with women. This is what these scriptures are talking about. Hello John, What is Homosexuality? It is a man having sex with a man. It is a woman having sex with a woman. Homosexuality was used as a punishment for those who corrupted God 's Word and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God. God turned them over to a reprobated mind. A mind that is condemned or a totally lost soul. Romans Chapter 1. So why would God use Homosexuality as a punishment and then turn around and okay it for humans to do? God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for this sin. The men of those cities did not want the daughters of Lot, even after Lot offered the daughters to them. They wanted the angles, the men of God. I do not think they wanted to have a conversation with them, because if they did then I sure that the angels would not have blinded them. Read my answer under Genesis Chapter 9.

The Bible does not speak of homosexuality, it speaks of perverse thoughts and perverse deeds. Someone relatively recently decided to call it Homosexuality.

people would say its ok to be homosexual, if you are born again for your sins are forgiven, but I disagree. for to be born again we believe Jesus died for our sins an we and he knows if we truly believe, an he puts his spirit in us, but to those that are willing to accept all that goes with it. it is a dailey renewal of our mind an heart thru Jesus spirit, an live a life as he did, an all the works we do in his name thru his spirit, with knowing all the glory is his. if you believe a sin is ok to do, then you have not his spirit in you.the lord knows if you are sincere, so that is where fear in god should be, for we know, that hell can be an ending point if we do not let him truly in.

Hello Solomon N. I do not understand your comment about "correcting God ". You and I both agree with the word of God. God has never, even from the beginning, accepted men laying with men and women laying with women. When he made the first human couple he made a man and a woman female . Now if you are implying that the LGBT community trying to say that God made a mistake when they made them and that they should be the opposite in which they were born, then you are correct. If they do not repent and follow ACTS 2 38 and truly stay saved, they will find themselves lost forever. Now like I stated this is not the only sexual act in which God does not like, but everybody tends to stress this because it goes against the very nature of man. But the other wrongful copulation or sexual act is just as wrong, such as adultery and whoremonger, and fornication.

It is abnormal when a man is seeking sexual interest from fellow man . But remember those those who think they can correct God now will be sorry when they will stand before the judgement seat.

An important point that this writer brings out here is that God punished them by given them over to a reprobated mind to commit sexual acts that God hates. This was their punishment. Read verse 22 32. So then you have to ask yourselves if God made this into a punishment for those who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the creator then why would he accept HOMOSEXUALITY? God does not accept the sexual act of homosexuality, because if he did he would not have used it for a punishment. Men were never meant to have sex with another man. Over in the scriptures about Sodom and Gomorrah, God did destroy that city for the sin that was there. If God truly accepted men with men and women with women sexually then why did he not let it be written that a man can marry a man or a woman can marry a woman. In I Corinthians 7 this talks about marriage. It does not mention men with men or women with women.

The true gospel needs to be preached. These days, satan knows that he cannot deny Jesus, and hence is in the process of diluting the truth and propagating false teachings. Hence the need for the 'True gospel ' that Jesus is the only way for salvation and there is no other real gods...

People have cornered that art of making excuses form their sins. Haters of GOD care in churches. They sin and influence others to sin. Then the congregation becomes full of sinners instead of saints. A little leaven leaven the whole lump. Be ye holy for I am holy.

Whenever we find ourselves, we should preach the gospel either in the street, ship, car,etc because it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believe.
