People's Bible Notes for Romans 8:7

Ro 8:7 Because the carnal mind [is] enmity to God. Is opposed to God's law, and demand for a righteous life. Hence, since it fights against God, it is under condemnation. He does not say that it is impossible for a wicked man to become good, but that it cannot be done while he retains a carnal mind. He must be converted first.

"God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:" This was the word from the very beginning, how God would send the Saviour to undo what the devil had done to man. This is what Jesus meant by; "Whoever believes in me, is not condemned" God's thoughts toward us are of saving us from our sins, and making us like Himself, and He give us eternal life.

In this chapter Paul presents a "either/or" argument whether we live in the Spirit or the flesh. To live in the Spirit is not yours for the taking but God gives it as He will to those woh truly love the Father, glory be to him. Our will whilst we live in the flesh is corrupt, tainted by lies, corruption, greed, idolatry, lust of the flesh, evil leaders AKA Trump, insincere righteousness, ect

The one thing that I know from my own experience with God is that He will always be there when I need Him. Other than turning your back on Him denouncing Him , there is no sin that He won't forgive you for, so in knowing that there should be NO ONE or NOTHING that will be able to seperate you from the Love of God.
