I am a proud American and loved what this country stood for but regretfully i must ask the question ... how can we be so blind? is it because we live and love here? not everything is exactly literal in the Bible or these chapter 17 writings but if one is a student of the word of God he will realize under conviction that the word speaks of this America that we live in and no other place on earth. This is Babylon the great without a doubt. We have in fact intoxicated the earth with our evils. We are the beast that the whole earth wander after emulate . its sad but its true. no other country on earth commands the power and authority that we command, Vatican and England are jokes compare to the stature, riches, and evils that sadly we have succumb to.

The seven heads or mountains ARE the same seven congregations which are addressed in Revelation Chapter 2 and 3. The ten kings who have not yet received their kingdom are ten of the sons of Jacob mentioned in Genesis Chapter 49. They are not pagan kings! Babylon the Great is the last iteration of Jesus Christ 's Kingdom. It is Christianity! Nebuchadnezzar had to learn a hard lesson that it was God who set him up as king of Babylon the Great. The last king that God set up was Jesus Christ! Christianity has been ruined. Now read Daniel Chapter 2:44 and understand what it really means!

Revelation 17 talks about the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: Her judgement is according to her deeds. She is said be a great whore, for she hath committed formication with the kings of the earth. If she had committed fornication, it should mean that she was primarily engaged to or married to someone else. Eph 5:22-25 The virtuous woman is represented by God 's true church, or the people who proffess pure faith. The great whore of revelation 17 is God 's church, or the people who professed pure faith having been loving and committing herself to the affairs of the world, both in material and spiritual things.

Hello Jennifer, I believe along with many Christian experts that the cup Jesus Christ is referring to was his physical and mental agonies from sinners before and during His crucifixion the overall sufferings of that day the day Christ was killed. God bless you.

The cup Jesus prayed to be removed was the cup of wrath that will pour out on the people at the end time. He was praying for us!

Verse 4, Jesus prayed to his father before his death to remove the cup that he had to drink. Perhaps the cup Jesus has to face in his return to earth at the end of days is this cup of Babylon the Great. Babylon the Great is World Nuclear War and Jesus will have to fight in it, drink from that cup. Jesus wanted nuclear weapons to never be created in the first place when he asked the cup to be removed. Verse 9, the 7 are nations that have nuclear weapons and will go to war using them. Verse 12 and 13, the beast is WAR. They will hate the harlot, they will attack nuclear plants that should have only been used for good but instead were perverted to create nuclear weapons, and they will attack these plants by bombing them and removing their protective enclosures, making then naked, so that they go into nuclear fission and burn. Verse 17, God will allow the Christian nations fight with nuclear weapons also to defend his people from complete destruction. Verse 14, Jesus will lead the battles and win.

The catholic church has got it all wrong. Why do they have a confessions booth? why get people to ask a priest to forgive you, then he says God forgives you. They just totally deny Jesus when he said confess all your sins to me and I will forgive you. Jesus never said after he leaves the earth he will pass the responsibility onto man. Also faith is spiritual as its pointed out so many times in the bible. Faith is not holding onto a cross, praying to a statue of Many or Jesus. These are the very things he hates. Even as it is also appointed for some to be persecuted for a time, and many will give their life for the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for a time.

Verse 8 the beast that was and is not and yet is means a nuclear war. The nuclear warhead is and when exploded is not and yet is when nuclear fallout continues to kill people around the globe by traveling on the Jetstream. WW3 is and is not when the peace treaty is signed and yet is when war erupts again. NO RELIGION or NATION rules over ALL the kings of the earth during the time of revelations tribulation. However all nations are ruled by nuclear energy because it will become out of human control during WW3 and all will suffer because of it. A nuclear power plant without electricity will go into fission because it can not be cooled. Any city near one will be destroyed when this happens and nuclear fallout will travel the entire earth. This has already started with the Fukushima nuclear disaster that I think is part of the Sea Beast warned about in Revelation. This nuclear plant has become like a mountain of nuclear fire pouring into the sea.

Clare if you believe that the Revelation, the uncovering has already happened then when antichrist shows up your going to believe that the fake instead of Christ is the real Christ and he will have your soul before you know it.
