People's Bible Notes for Revelation 13:4

Re 13:4 They worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast. In following after and obeying the beast they really gave worship to the dragon which had given the beast his power. And they worshipped the beast. Their worship was, however, directed to the beast itself. Who [is] like unto the beast? This language implies giving the beast superhuman honors. Similar language is often used of God (Ex 15:11 Ps 113:5 Isa 40:18). The dragon, cast down, receives worship through the beast.

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the Gentiles seek: for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

There are two 2 beasts in Revelation Satan the son of perdition the false messiah the antichrist who is instead of Christ who will preach fly away for those who want to rapture with him. That beast has a religious whore who is a second beast who rises up from out of the water and the waters in Revelation are the people. Mystery in Greek if you look it up and search its religious whore.
