To abide in the secrets place of the most high God is to walk in love. This psalm is one of great protection and blessing and all we need do is love God and one another and we will dwell under the shadow of Gods wing .
This is the place of perfection. So simple yet so unheeded by so many . Love one another the new Commandment
The fulfillment of all the law and prophets .Thank you Jesus for making my burden light.

God is so good. What a privilege that I am under his shadow and wings of protection. I can be free and wise to move about knowing God has me. There is so much in this Psalm. I pray that I may accept what He has freely given me.

Psalms 91 is certainly a comfort chapter.
After readings you can take care that all will be well. God our Father is in control and He is sovereign in His wisdom.

Psalm 91 is more actual than ever!
It mentions pestilence 2x, which is the Coronavirus.
It mentions deliver 3x and flieth, which is the Rapture.

Psalm 91 has got to be one of my favorite of all time, its a prayer of protection, from all the things coming on the world, we can stay hidden under the shadow of the Almighty, imagine this when a mother hen has her chicks and a fox or some other animal wants to try and take one of them, she open up her wings, and the little chicks coming running underneath her feathers, its little the animal, you want to take my chicks you got to come through me first.
I believe God does that with us, when the enemy attacks, the Lord protects us, and keeps us safe.

Psalm 91 is my favourite passage whenever I'm making a journey. It increases my faith in God.
Also it is my daily national anthem, expecially verse 10 which states " No evil shall come near my dwelling place"

Where would I be if it wasn't for my Father God , Jesus and Holy Spirit. I can't even imagine !!!
This psalm brings such peace , rest, strength and hope . And the presence of Our God is always in His Word and in this Psalm. When I read it and take in the truth of what GOD is saying, when I'm stressed or anxious it is a hiding place where nothing can hurt or harm us !!
What a beautiful place to be hidden from all our enemies . Oh what a God we love and adore ... Not enough of words to convey what an all powerful, faithful, awesome God He is 💕

The most beautiful thing I have ever read in my life time. I read it all of the time. When I am down it brings me back to the place I am supposed to be. Back to Jehovah. Thank you Jesus for everything you have given us to keep us safe and strong.

Psalm 91 is the most comforting book and chapter in the Bible for me. I read it every day and call it "my spiritual One a Day vitamin". I read and recite it everyday along with The Lord's Prayer. Every promise concerning your life is in this passage. When I'm praying with others or feeling in need of strength and comfort myself this is my go to passage. Thank You , Lord JESUS , for this powerful word of comfort and strength let it bring all who read it Your Peace.

Psalms 91 is my go to Prayer. It is protection for my children, grand children and me. We are covered under the shadow of His Majestic Wings. I get love, protection and peace when I read this prayer. Oh I Love Him so. God is Great. Thank you for your Son, Christ Jesus. I Love you Jesus.

Arnetta--A very good chapter to live by. God has given us authority over ALL our enemies. You can order them out of your life in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray to God through Christ for help & He will help you. God bless you.

My ancestors came to the new world from Scotland, lived by the Word of God, and handed down their faith across nearly 4 centuries during war and peace through Psalm 91. Many were are U.S. Marines from 1775 to the present with faithful generations of citizen warriors who helped build and protect One Nation that Abides Under the Shadow of the Almighty... His Truth Marches On Forever.
  • George Douberley on Psalms 91 - 4 years ago
Lord make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred , let me give love. Where there is injury, let me forgive. Where there is doubt, let me give faith. Where there is despair, let me give hope. Where there is sadness, let me give joy. Where there is darkness, let me give light. Lord that I may not seek so much to be loved as to love. To be understood as to understand.

Psalms 91 is God, word letting us know we are protected and covered under His Blood. Trust Him.
  • Devona Chisholm - In Reply on Psalms 91 - 4 years ago
Should not be taught there is no rapture as students of the Bible many things are stated but not out said which very means a word defined. I found that your statement there is no rapture offensive when clearly it means the same thing. Second coming Meaning remains the same.
  • Emmanuel on Psalms 91 - 4 years ago
Psalm 91 is God's assurance of protection if we put our trust in him. I live this psalm every hour.
  • David Warino on Psalms 91 - 4 years ago
This is NO Rapture. Jesus is coming back, but not for the Rapture A latin word does not exist in KJV . It's called "The second coming", not the 2.5 coming of Christ.
  • Richard on Psalms 91 - 4 years ago
I recite this scripture every day by changing the singular into the plural so that it includes my wife. As a Christian, I believe it demonstrates that if we love the Lord as our father and constantly acknowledge him as such he will love us in return and no harm will befall us and no disaster will come into our tent.
