Do think it's more Biblical to hoard money instead of helping someone with it when possible? This isn't instead of helping people other ways too, but in addition. I agree with Eric's comment.

Remember this Holiday- Emotions are infectious. If you are blue, you will make those around you feel the same way. If you are stressed, your tension will spread like the tide. But a smile, a cheerful word, a kind look, a laugh, a warm embrace, an uplifting conversation- - those are gifts that go right to the heart and spread the true meaning of Christmas. LOVE!!!
  • I am - In Reply on Psalms 41 - 4 years ago
Nay. My Holy Father teaches me that the love of God is Christ the Saviour, not money. Much money or no money is neither rich nor poor or else Satan appears as many rich and many poor. Let the proud man repent, and then consider the poor. It is written, Blessed ARE the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. and, Hereby perceive we the love OF GOD, because he laid down his life for us:

Ultimate of surprise is doing the unexpected. That can only come from our Holy Father. Being helpful to others in need or sickly giving your finances- when God gave you a chance to follow a long lost dream you always wanted. Giving up your way of living- to help someone see how precious they truly are after others misused them. For God wants us to show His Love through us to others. What a joy!!!

    Bless all today!!!
  • Eric Bethancourt on Psalms 41 - 4 years ago
I believe true happiness is having the means to help out and actually following through with it. If you're doing well and have the money to spare, take care of somebody by giving to someone in need. Choose somebody who would be as righteous as yourself if given the chance. The reward is seeing them grow and follow your lead!

Abriel: Yes. Our God Shall Supply All Your Needs according to His Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus( Philippians 4:19) The Lost People Need Our Help. First,Take Care of Their Need. Maybe their Hungry, need Better Clothing. Then We can Tell them How to be Saved. Always have 1 or more with You when You Help Others. Never by Your Self. • God's Woman on Psalms 41 - 9 years ago
This chapter is very similar to Job 's experience during his sickness. Those that are the closest to you seem TO THINK that they know more about you than you know about yourself. You can count on that particular brand of person to judge you wrongly. For example when a devout, Godly person becomes sick, hurt, or bedridden, the close friends will say that the cause is sin God is angry, or it 's payback. We have to be careful not to judge others, unless we be found to be a liar.

The Lord of Host whose name is Jehovah has been overly gracious to me and my family and may His name be praised forevermore in Jesus name, amen. One thing is certain, our God will never allow known and unknown enemies to prevail over our lives. He will certainly create a way of escape as we rely fully on Him. May God 's name be blessed forevermore.
  • George Nsoribe on Psalms 41 - 9 years ago
For me this is another recipe for long life and prosperity as well as victory over the intentions of the wicked against you. Simple. The recipe here is to always consider the poor and have them in your daily, weekly or monthly budget. You dont have to wait till you have it all. Trust God for his word which has been tested and tried severally and begin operating it by faith. I am very convinced it will surely come to pass for everyone of us in Jesus name, Amen
