Hello, just as a point of clarification, the Bible clearly says someone must NOT deliberately continue sinning and expect to be covered by grace. Hebrews 10:26. Matthew 7:21, Luke 12:10. The Bible contradicts the false teaching of once saved, always saved. Christianity means to follow Christ, if someone claims they were 'saved' and follows the devil and commits mass murder for the rest of their life, there's no scripture that says that person is saved, but it says quite the opposite. Satan is trying to deceive Christians into thinking it's ok to sin, but Jesus said the opposite. John 14:15. So, who will someone believe and follow: the devil, or Jesus?

Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." If God sent us to hell for our sins, we'd all be damned.

He sends one to hell for one reason. "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." John 3:5

When the born-again believer sins, even if it's deliberate sin, the blood continues to cover our trespasses. 1 John 1: 9 states, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Psalms 2:7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

how to understand: I, me, Thou, my, Son, I, three?

it's easy to consider the I as anointed. but reading verse 6 and 8. it is the Lord who was talking.

Son is the same as verse 12? in many chinese translated version it is interpreted as anointed.

Psalm 27:14 King James Verison (KJV), "Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord."

I am sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers. My son also passed away in February 2020. God is with you every step of the way when your heart is broken. God promises us to never leave us not forsake us. He wraps His arms around you daily. Praying that God will give you comfort each second, minute, hour and day.

There are several options available in KJBOnline, including on How to be saved. You'll find these under the "More" Tab. There are options for Reading the Bible through in a year, a Bible Dictionary, etc. Not sure what you meant by "doctrines all over the place" unless you're referring to our discussions that bring out various people's opinions on what's written in the Bible.

A couple of Scriptures I would use to support this type of relationship, is 2 Corinthians 6:14: "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?" and 1 Corinthians 7:39:"The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord." Allow me to explain this further:

The first Scripture relates to any type of binding union, whether in marriage or in business, that such a strong union with unbelievers is inviting trouble, as some aspects of that union will go against the teachings from the Bible & of course, will cause a struggle in spirit as to whether to give in or challenge the other person or even break off the contract.

The second Scripture actually speaks of a marriage when the husband dies (& this would apply the other way if the wife dies). Once the spouse has died, the other one is considered as single & eligible to re-marry if he/she so wishes. But if they do re-marry, then their spouse should be one who is also a believer in Christ, & preferably believing in the same doctrines/teachings from the Bible. Many marriages have become strained or gone sour because of major differences in this matter & in the raising up of children.

You're still 15 yrs old, so don't be a great hurry to form such lasting bonds. Meet with other young Christians in your youth group & use that time not only to grow closer to the Lord, but to seek out friends that you can be close to & share more intimately with. When you get older, sorted out your education, job, & having the maturity to take on responsibilities that come with marriage, then pray to the Lord for the right young man who truly loves the Lord, putting Him first in everything & has a quiet, gentle spirit who will give you the love, honour & respect that you deserve.

Bible references for breakup with my boyfriend. im 15 year old girl. i am a born again christian. my boyfriend is not born again.
  • Bob - In Reply on Psalms 2 - 3 years ago
    That's quite a confession.

And all heaven rejoices over one sinner that repents .

You said in your prayer that you repent of everything you have done ?

Being remorseful and regretting what you did is a good start , because you injured people by things said or done . But have you made amends with these people ? For the damage you did them ? Just saying your are sorry is not enough but a good start .

Real repentance is making wrongs right , God knows your heart , but acts of restitution towards others really will help much , it's very humbling to do this , but it will do wonders and show a change or an attempt to change your ways . Repentance is a change of the way I do things . A change of heart . May God bless you In this . Praying for you !

Apostle Paul persecuted the church of Christ and was converted . So take hope !

Thanks! for the reply, I have been searching for solid word on this matter due to i have heard people speak on this and had said that "if a man lay with a woman then she is considered his wife in spirit" according to god but i did not get the bible verse that was from those who said it, that would back that quote up, so can you provide me with bible verses that will back up that, if a man sleep with a woman if he is not married then he is committing sin and fornication. Thank you for your help.
  • Mishael - In Reply on Psalms 2:9 - 3 years ago
No. That's not a Covenant of Marriage.

    That is fornication.
  • Adam - In Reply on Psalms 2:9 - 3 years ago
No, she isn't. She's not your wife according to the law, nor by any other measure, either. Sleeping with someone other than your wife is either fornication or adultery, which is punishable by death. Thanks for Jesus for giving us a way to still be saved.

This may be my imagination, in many ways Mr. Trump, is fulfilling the scriptura in many different ways, by what he suffers under those who hate him in the world and the u.s; Should this be a concern, if so why. What is happening is a resemblance of the unrest during time time of Christ! Many were being persecuted for their faith, while injustice was running rampant , not unlike today. Is God bundling up the tares , getting ready to harvest the wheat? Is all of what I see a deception from Satan? How do we keep the beam out of our own eye, while hoping God will remove the mote from others? We are living in a tumultuous time. We should not judge things before their time. It is very important that as Christians we witness the truth to others even strangers! this will spread as wild fire ,and the truth will hopefully grow! The gospel will continue. If it is suppressed, it will only be a while before He returns. Look up .your redemption draws nigh!

personally I think Paula White is a wolf in sheep's clothing as the company she keeps like hinn and Copland and TD Jakes who embraces Opra Winfrey even after she has denied Christ on camera just like Olsteen. Trump is too new and spiritually immature to recognize phonies like I was when I first believed. I can't believe someone in his circle hasn't ministered to him about false prophets like the bible warns us about over and over again.

  • Listening To The Wrong Voices on Psalms 2 - 3 years ago
Today you may want to take a look at the ALCJ dot com website and consider the petitions that need signatures; regarding various issues; some of them concerning CHURCH FREEDOMS.

If we neglect to use our support of Issues concerning Church and our freedoms under constitutional law, to worship and assemble: there will be no one to blame except ourselves.

The Church can't Arise and lift up the Standard against the enemies of our soul, if we don't draw together as the Body of Christ, stand on our most holy Faith against the evil encroaching upon this nation...and say NO with our signature.

Evil prevails when good people do nothing.

Consider the WOES that God warns us of in:

    ( Isaiah 3:11-12, Isaiah 5:8,11, Isaiah 20-23, Isaiah 6:5-10, Isaiah 10:1

The simplicity of the Woes is this= if we don't obey Gods known will in our lives, we'll suffer the woes. It takes CORPORATE PRAYER of Christians, to please God and turn back to Him, quickly. Agree with Him!

Stop listening to the voices of unchurched FOOLS. (Nat'l TV)

If we listen to fools, ascribe to what they put forth..... and we NEGLECT to check the Bible to see what GOD says about it ???

Our nation is due for some Reaping of the things we sowed for. Stop turning deaf ears and blind eyes to Gods Word.

There is no thing such as basic "Fire Insurance" as a, "Get Out Of Hell" free card." It cost Jesus His life to pay for our sins. Turn back to Him, and He will turn back to hearing your petitions; prayers.

Satan can play the politics game too. If you can't discern that "voice", you build your house on quicksand. That's why the 'WOEs' are in the Bible. Turn back to God and he will welcome your return. If you feel "less than blessed", you need to assess your life and figure out WHEN you strayed off course.

Spiritual warfare against your MIND happens when it's not full of Bible and faith in what God says; and in what Jesus did for us. Kick satans lying demons out of your head !!

The verse that came to mind while reading your comment, was Luke 18:28, "Then Peter said, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee." When in ministry in another country, & reading a similar verse in their language, "follow Me" shows up as: 'come behind me'. I think this rendering of "follow Me" brings out further clarity. It is one thing to follow Jesus, but that could end up getting a little vague as we put other things in our lives, in-between us & the Lord, but still have Jesus in the distance, thus comforting ourselves that we are indeed following Him.

Even Peter said that the disciples had left all to follow Jesus & we know from the various narratives they did so. But they ensured that they were 'close behind' Jesus, suggesting their continual focus & Reason for their decision was walking right before them. Jesus did speak of leaving all behind to follow Him (vv 29,30) as the disciples did as they were physically in His presence, but the question arises, how do we do that when Jesus is not physically here? In some cases, people have done as the disciples did & left home & family to serve in a foreign land for the length of their natural lives, whereas others (most) who want to obey the Lord in this, have put Him first in everything they set their hearts & hands to do. There may be things that are necessary to attend to & may appear as obstructions to following the Lord, but when we are right behind the Lord, even these 'other things' will fall into their rightful place.

But if we find that we have lost sight of the Lord, then we would have to ask what has come in the way to bring that about. And it's not just sin (which breaks fellowship with Him), but it's the proper, necessary things that have been given more of our time & energies & therefore forming a fog that causes us to lose sight of Him. To believe in Him is meritorious, but that belief is also mixed with deep love as well - resulting in our desire to continually resort to Him & follow Him.
