The psalmist invited Jehovah God to inspect him and search him out. We should do the same with a view to improve various aspects of our Christian personality and our service to God.

Dear Timothy; the Lord is fanning His threshing floor to drive out the chaff and show the wheat. Also in Psalm 92 it says that the "springing of the wicked" was a sign of their imminent and eternal destruction. All these things coming to pass, yet they will not know, and will not repent! But the wise shall know, and prepare their hearts and their ways, as those who are about to stand before Him.
Give God thanks with a greatful heart. We must praise and worship God in all situations, at all times, wherever we are. Worship Him with instruments. God deserves every and all praises. God is worthy, worthy, worthy of our worship. Jesus is Lord. Amen.

Praise the Lord, oh my soul. I thank God for all His blessings every day. I am studying for a final in Book Editing, and I hope to do well. Then on to take Proofreading classes so I can get a job and be able to help my spouse pay off a mountain of medical bills, most of them mine. I have great faith that God will get me through this, as He has gotten me and my family through a lot in the past few years. We still have a lot of work to do to mend fences within our family, but I know that our Heavenly Father will see us through it all. I love God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, always.
I think this Psalm is perfect for today !!!! Waking up early today seeking The Lord's. Being the Eclipse happening today. I will look up and just Praise him all day long !! Hope in God knowing he hears my cries !!! Thank-You Lord

This past year I have physically changed and I am unable to do that which I use to.
The scripture is very clear in the above with change. "Contentment-with Godliness"...!!
I need help from the Almighty God. In my trouble I call unto the Lord for that is where my help comes from. Hear me Oh Lord for I am in trouble. The perfect ending for the most beautifully written book ever to describe the majesty, magnificence, loveliness, kindness, undeserved mercy, gentleness, tireless care and outright love that perfectly describes our great and glorious ELOHIM who even gave us his one and only Son to show us the way and provide us all with eternal life if we will but receive him as our Lord and Saviour.
I thought it was beautiful and explained just how I feel every day. I truly want to live for the Lord and I know what I need to do but my thoughts and mouth do not want to cooperate. I feel like I am in a constant battle for my life and soul and I am loosing. Should I feel this way all the time? The Lord has blessed me in so many ways. I want to rejoice in him and shout the name of Jesus.
It's to bad that most congregations do not take Psalm 148 to heart and start to really open up and release their praise to the Lord during their worship services. A few do....praise the Lord !
I think it's beautiful, I love the book of Psalms....David was a man after God's own heart, would that we could all be like David, and yes we need to quiet our souls sometimes and rest, be still and know that he is God of everything and in control
