  • Rory Crutchfield on Psalms 110
It is self explanatory that the issues that the LORD is speaking about are coming to past! Governments are raising up leaders that are ill bent on total chaos!! And their mind set is that of one that is being sent from a biblical stand point! The issues of this psalms read just like today's paper!! Let us be mindful and pray for our governments......
  • Omolola on Psalms 110
Enemies that are against Christ and Christians are both physical and spiritual. Christian can have a continuous victory like David if we sit close enough to Our savior Jesus and eventually rest on every side like David had later in his life.
  • Dale on Psalms 110:5
I take it that since Christ is the king of the universe, he will assassinate those who refuse to submit to His rule. After all he has the power to kill and also to raise back to life at the general resurrection.
  • Mary Ellen on Psalms 110
the more I READ GODS WORD THE MORE HIS GLORY, POWER AND SPLENDOR IS. GOD IS OUR EVER LASTING PRIEST, FATHER, SAVIOUR, LORD, KING, COMFORTER, ENCOURAGER, GOD IS EVERYTHING BREAD WHEN WE ARE HUNGRY AND WATER WHEN WE ARE THIRSTY. AND LET EVERYONE SAY AMEN , AND AMEN.
  • Judith on Psalms 110
It is a scripture that is full of hope because I serve a powerful God who not only saves me but can protect me from my enemies. If I put my trust in God there is nothing that He cannot do for me. He will not only deliver from mine enemies but He will help me to be victorious at all times in every area of my life!
  • Vijay kumar on Psalms 110

  • Prosper K. Afesi on Psalms 110:2
I think every Christian to pray for the revelation, manifestation of the rod in every aspect of our life.
  • Samson kamoru on Psalms 110
The rod of thy strength refers to the Word of God The Word of God is the power of God
  • Samson Kamoru on Psalms 110
The LORD said to my Lord sit at my right hand until First is that this verse indeed shows the level of relationship David had with the Lord A deed rooted relationship to have been granted access to such significant and end time related revelation of Christ Jesus Second is that the verse reveals the discussions which took between God and of course his beloved son Christ Jesus on the need for Christ to exercise patience until his enemies are brought to him and are made his footstool which means or suggest that God was assuring his son Christ Jesus that those who are opposed to him and who rejected him in a shortwhile will be brought to divine justice which would of course be at the judgment seat of Christ Jesus His enemies are those who yielded themselves to the will and ways of the devil against the will of the Almighty God as represented in the person of Christ Jesus and his work of salvation on the cross at calvary
  • ADELERE AJIBULU on Psalms 110:2
TO ME 'THE ROD OF THY STRENGTH' REFERS TO THE SCEPTER OF YOUR DOMINION. ALSO THE WORD OF YOUR EMPOWERMENT OR THE WORD OF YOUR MANDATE.
  • Sosthenes Tuda on Psalms 110:3
This psalm is a great blessing to me. It means that with God on my side all my enemies can submit to me. On the other hand leadership is enjoyable with this knowledge this psalm. Those who work under us can work willingly when we submit ourselves to God.
  • Timothy Wayne George on Psalms 110:4
Yahweh hath sworn, and cannot change,Thou art a priest forever, after the order of Melchizedek. Before the foundations of the world, Yahweh God had determined, that Jesus would be a priest forever. It is after the order of Melchizedek, because He has neither beginning of days or ending of days. Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for us, until His enemies become His footstool. Therefore we can come boldly before His throne of grace to receive mercy at the time of need.
  • Loye on Psalms 110:4
The Lord made up His mind way back that you will eventually become a priest no matter what happens. It’s yours offered to you on a plate from the Lord.
  • Joe on Psalms 110
42 Saying, What think ye of Christ? Whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David. 43 He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying, 44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool? 45If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
  • JUSTiiCE on Psalms 110:6
I think the time has come for God to reveal Himself.
  • BILL TOMLINSON on Psalms 110
Lord, to my lord to me seems to be GOD to Jesus.
  • Akintunde ogundare famodimu on Psalms 110:4
That you do not have to be a pastor or church owner or be seen in a spiritual centre before you can be a priest (according to the order of Melchizedek) this name was first mentioned in Genesis there was no church at that time.
  • Thomas colbert on Psalms 110
Psalms 110 does not agree with the hebrew text
which the Lord said to my lord.
th david did notis is a psalm ABOUT david it is not david
speaking.if it were david speaking then the jews
would have had a christian king and not a jewish
king.the reading in the hebrew text is the Lord
said to my lord.david did not have two Lords.
  • Bane on Psalms 110
TO SUSAN Interesting observation. I have the Croatian Bible where Ps110:1 goes (translation)
"The words of Jehova to my Lord...".
In the Bible I am reading (Serbian) goes:
"The Lord said to my Lord..." . Almost the same as the King James version. I have no problem with that changing places, but my father (20 years passionate Bible reader) has a big Lord-Lord problem. GOD BLESS US ALL
  • StephendeRafael on Psalms 110
David's prophetic psalm was about a lineage of High Priests including Melchisedek whom God has sent into the world for the edification of the world. These were those without birth or death, beginning or end, like unto Angels who do combat with Demons, with wickedness on earth, and wickedness below and above. God will judge but his high priests will reprove and correct all sons and daughters who approach the Throne of God, seeking perfection and virginal purity, who subsist on Glory and revel in Gods bountiful mercy.
  • Jacquelyn simmons on Psalms 110
it was a blessed to read that chapter god bless you
  • Enrique Cárdenas on Psalms 110
    In your Bible say:
The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
Instead; Yahweh or YHWH said unto my lord...
Yahweh is GOD, the Lord is Yeshua fleshly (Jesus Christ)
