God rebuked the sea...it almost seem to translate, He reminded it of His Sovereignty and Power, as if the sea should have known to part purely based on God's Presence

Some of us see it and pray for judgment against the wicked. Sodomite so called marriage is another abomination.
maybe this plague shall be the scourge against the wicked. Few pastors preach against these abominations.
Abortion is indeed a capitol crime punishable by death in the old testament scriptures and Jesus never did away with the civil law, only the ceremonial blood sacrificial laws.
    Lord send a plague.

So I quickly read through the first page of the comments, and I was surprised that no one commented of how this chapter is so relatable to our modern day holocaust. I'm speaking of the child sacrifice of convenience/selfish abortion of the tiniest and most innocent among us. Does anyone else see it ? We are living in the worst human rights tragedy in the history of mankind: and there are very very few of us getting involved in the physical battle of abolishing abortion. The spiritual battle is raging right now over this people !!! Satan knows that we seek to destroy his crown jewel of child sacrifice; and he is NOT HAPPY. But we need more of you to engage in this battle. freethestates.org

2020 and where applicable in the world most of the people of the world, are in a repeat mode meaning the world again has and is doing exactly as those in this chapter, doing the exact wrongs as they in this chapter. Therefore all Praise and Glory be to Jehovah-GOD as HE release both HIS wrath and blessings on HIS world. Where applicable book of Revelation is being fulfilled before our eyes.
  • Ivy Johnson on Psalms 106 - 4 years ago
We serve a kind, loving, forgiving, God. Who is willing, waiting, and always ready to forgive us our sins. When we cry out to him wholeheartedly, and ask for His forgiveness. However, we need the power of God in our lives to live a clean, godly life, of purity, and holiness.

The Book of Psalms is actually my favorite part of the Bible and then I would have to say John 3:16 because that is the first thing out of the Bible that my children memorized as a family we were baptized in this church and we really have grown to love it we have moved away from the church but are are going to be moving back closer soon

Jehovah God is a merciful God who has continued to show mercy. His mercy will continue for all of eternity for those who draw close to him and keep his commandments.

After Decades of spiritual warfare, God is opening my eyes to his will in which I had no faith to speak of. Pray for me as I struggle through the rubble and carry on as a true Christian Soldier.
    Thank You!

In verse 7 it is not that the Israelites did not know that God was all powerful and that He performed many miracles, it is the fact that they failed to appreciate it all.
  • Abel Mbedzi on Psalms 106 - 8 years ago

  • Norm on Psalms 106 - 8 years ago
O thank You heavenly Father for Your grace, Your lovingkindnesses, tender mercies and Your SALVATION. You are the Creator, our Maker, our SAVIOUR, our Redeemer, our GOD! In CHRIST JESUS we live forevermore and give Thee all praise everlasting Father, Almighty GOD, the Holy One of Israel! All the elders, brothers and sisters in CHRIST JESUS long to meet You in the air dear LORD, GOD of our SALVATION! 2 Esdras 2:13 Go, and ye shall receive: pray for few days unto you, that they may be shortened: the kingdom is already prepared for you: watch. Mark 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

  • Stefan on Psalms 106 - 8 years ago
God's faithfulness and grace and love and mercy are so much beyond our comprehension, that every time I read those words and feel them inside my heart I will fall down flat on the ground and worship God unconditionally relentlessly. Oh how much He has done, will do and I'd doing for us , His beloved children, bought back to Him through the precious blood of His blameless and Holy Son Jesus. I live Him so much and He is carrying and healing and helping and guarding and guiding and protecting me all life long with the Holy Spirit, that my heart overflows from time to time, when He allows me a glimpse of His Glory during worship. Let us feverently worship and obey and humble all of ourself to God, for He is all worthy. Amen
  • Lilian on Psalms 106 - 8 years ago
God is struggling for our unbelief . Many people misleading the church and using the church for money today only few pastors who are the father in Christ are truly anointed. Jesus is only looking for our obedience to his words. We must be born again in spirit. Our prayers today must not pleading like an old prayers instead praising Jesus and thanked his blood everyday Bcoz he lives we also live

M-While ones clothes really are a minor issue from one angle on another how one dresses does in a lot of cases mirror ones spiritual depth. Granted whether or not one wears a suit or tie or perfectly does their hair is of very small importance and if that is somthing that consumes on then perhaps a look at why should be in place. On the other hand if one continually dresses in a manner which does not conform to what God has commanded For Modesty it is a clear indication that this person is spiritually imature. If somone is a born again believer and years later still continues to dress in a manner contrary to the laws of God, violating the standards of modesty God has laid up, then a clear sign is given that they are strugling to grow in Christ properly. That to say if ones heart it truly right with God then their dress and clothing standard will comply with what God has laid out clearly in his word. A truly Christlike individual will be striving to comply with the standards set forth in Gods word.

You are sooo right there is to much jealousy in the church today, I believe that the way that things are going in this world today, we as GOD people need to stop looking and seeking positions and looking at how the other person is dressed but take the time out to do some sole searching of our self and get right with our LORD and Savior , because as it is everyone that 's talking about heaven is not to heaven the WORD says they speak with their mouth but their is far from GOD.what is a position if GOD does not give the position to you, what is it about clothes if your heart is not right with GOD. let 's all seek to get our hearts right.
  • Mike Vs 16 on Psalms 106 - 9 years ago
Envy is rampant through the church in our society. How often does strife bud up because another sees God using another, or one becomes upset over the recognition that is being given to another instead of themselves. We should be wary over twinges of jealousy that we feel when another is placed in honor as it as a powerful weapon in the arsenal of Satan which he uses well. Many a church split and cause of Christ is hindered because one wants the position and honor that another has. Envy and jealousy often fails to consider the struggles of the other. Moses 's position was very honorable yet was filled with heartache and struggles leading a stiff-necked and ignorant people. Did they also envy Moses the heartbreak, did the envy his struggles or just the glory. It is very dangerous to allow envy to ** the way we see the world and view people.
  • Mike Vs. 15 on Psalms 106 - 9 years ago
God granted the request of the Israelites but at a tremendous cost. How often does God allow us to gain what we so seek. Whether a promotion or new car yet in the end the cost was far greater than we wanted to pay. Many a father has lost his family over a promotion he so desired but was not the will of God. May we show caution in what we ask for constantly seeking and verifying that what we are seeking is not simply a fleshly desire but rather that which our heavenly father would have us to seek.
