An excellent way to start the chapter. The chapter instructs us to be mindful of people who are vain; only for us to focus on the word of God and do the right thing and all will be well. Very inspirational!
Maria; "..how can i make copies of the book of psalms..?" Write them out by hand! A great Saint gave some very sound advice about the Scriptures, which we would all be very wise to follow. He said, Write it down, pray it in, and work it out! In the Law also it is commanded the king, that he write out a copy of the Law for himself, and read therein every day. "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet."
Psalm 1 is very consoling for me a sinner.it teaches me to be a good child of God inspite of my repetitious sins. Psalm 1 tells me to be a righteous person in spite of my being a sinner. Pretty soon the good Lord will help me to be a good child of God! Just keep praying and doing good.
Comment* psalm 1 shows the believers the right path to righteouseness. THEREFORE, failure to obtain the reward meant for the rightenuse as contained in Psalm 1 means that you have never started.

Blessedness in the life of a believer comes from their constant consideration of God's mind/word.What is in your life shows to others.Only saved sinners/believers find comfort in the fact that God knows them.But for the grace of God,there is none righteous,no not one.God's voice is irresistible to those he gives life.He that hath the Son,hath life.Come unto me,is the invitation spoken by Jesus.
Psalms 1; Is a clear view that we that are save should live like GODs children; we should be watching and praying not being deceiving by the different sinners we meet and greet That sinners can be converted to CHRIST through the life we as real children of GOD live. Not being a stumbling block living like the world and talking for CHRIST, LETS BE REAL by lifting up the name of JESUS at all times
Psalm 1 :1 shows us that 3 positions are needful to do anything - stand, walk and sit. There are gravity for every position and the most is done while sitting - we sit to scorn, to plot evil (a position of rest)- the sitting position requires careful analysis etc. Believers must be careful and rather use this position to read and meditate on the Word of God.
Psalms 1 gives us as believes guidance on how to carry on living a righteous life...it also encourages us in a way by letting us know that we are unstoppable in GOD,in His word.
There is, ever will be, only one righteous man, the Lord Jesus Christ. We may be like him, by God's grace, and in doing so, experience blessing only provided to saved believers, brethren of the Lord, by the blood of Christ. "He is the author and finisher of our faith". Hebrews 12:2 Sinners can become righteous, but not by works,"for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified" Gal.2:16

I heard this from a preacher, that if a person is feeling a little down, and not in a good spirit, that if they would read any scripture from Psalms, it would make them feel 100% better. I do believe this. Amen.
We are living in the end times. I believe that. We are surrounded on every side by arrogant, scornful, ungodly sinners. If we're not careful, it's easy to get caught up in all their rhetoric, and actions. In verse 2 is our safety. We must not only read his word, but meditate in it night and day; and let it transform our thinking, and actions. Live in the Bible!
I used to just read Psalms, but now I pray the Psalms. No matter what condition I find myself in, there is a Psalm that answers, in praise and glory, to God, through Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit's guidance. Thank you Lord!
Treasure; You have my prayers and I have already asked the Lord to help you and deliver you safely out of any bad situation. We do not have to just let evil and un-repenting people misuse us and then say to us, Oh you're suppose to be a Christian! It is not a license for mean and ugly people to have a free for all on our account. We do seek their good and turn the other cheek but are also prudent.
