20:2 Sanctuary - From the tabernacle in Zion, where the ark then was; toward which the Israelites directed their prayers.


Discussion for Psalms 20:2

  • Not certain but it feels like a validation that the Ark was housed or hidden in Jerusalem in the tabernacle. Zion was or is considered to be a city in Jerusalem. The Isrealites were Jewish and they were from Zion.
