119:91 They - The heaven and the earth. Ordinances - As thou hast appointed. For - All things are subject to thy power and pleasure.

  • This verse is a continuation of thought from the last verse. It is speaking of the faithfulness of God over the things concerning His own. Nothing an over power the purposes of God. Nothing takes Him by surprise. All things work according to His will.
