Discussion for Psalms 119:122

  • My thoughts on verse 122 are as if one would co-sign a loan with another. The person co-signing that loan would join interest for the purpose of helping in the betterment of the other's venture. David is doing just that. He is asking God to confound those oppressing him by intervening on his behalf. I believe David's heart is right in asking for this, as he is probably in the cross hairs of his enemies because of his faith in God. With that reason alone, I believe that prayer is a right prayer to ask.
