Discussion for Psalms 103:1

  • we should give praises to the lord in season and out of season with everything we got.holding back nothing.
  • What I get from this is that David is telling us to bless the Lord with our Soul and everything that is within us Our whole Mind body and soul should Praise and Cry out unto the Lord Because he and he alone is the only one who can help us in trouble and in a time of need
