V21. "The wise in heart shall be called prudent..." a prudent man foreseeth the evil and hideth himself, a wise man prepares himself, he gets ready for whats ahead, and he knows what's ahead, because he reads his bible(KJV). He know the future, because it is written in the Bible.

Proverbs 16:1,2,3-4; V1"The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. V.4"The Lord made all things for himself, yea even the wicked for the day of evil."Here we learn that God causes the spiritual condition of the heart, and what we speak. "day of evil" is the Day of the Lord.Romans 11:36"For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things." Free will;NOT
