In reading the Old Testament it strikes me that one must remember during his lifetime Jesus found himself less and less in the tabernacle. In his youth his parents searched for him and when found he reported he had been in discourse in the tabernacle. As he attained his 30 years we don't often find him in worship there. We must always remember that the Old Testament is the inspired word of God spoken at the time it was needed but to bring the emphasis on ritual into modern times, to me, does not do justice to Jesus' itinerant ministry as where we gather in his name is where our church is and the sanctification of a group of people to be separate to serve the Lord based on their birth is something Jesus rejected in action if not in word. We find true separation to serve the Lord in the person of John the Baptist and I believe in modern times certain sects of monks can be viewed as authentic in their service to the Lord. Ritual has a place in many religions but I try to remember Jesus was not a man who valued ritual as much one might think. Anyway, that is the notion that came to me in reading Numbers.

and later as it relates to verse 18-19, GOD exchanged HIS ownership-right to all the 1st born of the Nation of Israel for the Levites, whom GOD sanctified for a specific duty in the tabernacle. Later GOD would exchange the ..., ..., ...., Levites for Jesus. Salvation then, and Salvation today. WOW!

NOTE: Jehovah GOD at a specific time declared 17 above and later at a specific time GOD declared verse 18-19 above. As it relates to 17, on that date, GOD declared all 1st born of the Nation Of Israel belong to GOD,...

To A disciple: You were going good until you said... Regeneration we also shall sit on thrones judging the world . I have seen nowhere in the King James Bible that refers to anyone sitting on thrones except God Almighty And Jesus Christ will be sitting on the right hand of God.

"This chapter shows that Promised Land people must be cleansed, dedicated, and doing the work."

A disciple- I find it strange out of all the many things God will bless us with, that you single out 1 Corinthians 6:1–2. I do not think there is enough scripture to elaborate on how we would be capable of doing so. All I, myself, would want is to be a servant to the Lord.

"And Aaron shall offer the Levites before the LORD for an offering of the children of Israel, that they may execute the service of the LORD." If any will receive it; this teaches about the Elect brought as an offering to the LORD, for all the Nations of the Saved. We who follow Jesus [now]; when the Lord shall sit upon His throne in the Regeneration; we also shall sit on thrones judging the world.
