I like Brenda's explanation on this chapter. Just note that the people who choose to be "nonreligious" or "secular" still mean that they are Satanists. Through my gripe no understanding much reading chapter 4 verse 9 thru 13 gave me some understanding. Verse 9 the first line, my words so the Lord for me is saying I'm here is there no God I'm here. further down he's, " mentions he'll redeem me from the hand of the enemies." I feel protected. Until something happens fast then I'll want Lord to move fast get'em Lord like now. Spoiled am I.

To Jules, if Zion is dispersed among Babylon in which lies the brass and iron (clay mixture), then the focus of Zion is beyond the temp borders of Israel established today. The dispersed of Zion is throughout the world. Just don't want our eyes to be solely focused of the temp borders of Israel today which does not even acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ as the Messiah.

Verse 5: This verse shows that all have a choice to decide who they will walk with or who they will worship.

Hallelujah to our Lord God...our God of the Gentiles and our God of Israel. In the last days, which we are in now, Israel shall return unto their God...they will worship our Lord Jesus as Messiah! Verse 5 is an amazingly clear call for religious tolerance. How on earth did the Christians in the Middle Ages justify to themselves the ghastly acts committed as a part of the Inquisition, when they had a text like this sitting in their bibles?

I love that massage wrote in revelation 12:1 but in fact I don't quite understand the meaning of the figures mentioned in it.

In answer to Stephen 's comment , this verse is mentioning our time, right now, today. Religion is still scattered, and each person is walking in the name of their god, whether it be Buddha, Vishnu, or Zeus. Micah was bring out that while everyone is walking in the name of their God, he and other loyal servant would be walking proudly in the name of his God, Jehovah. When Jehovah God acts the second coming , there will only be one God and people will worship him in unity. Deuteronomy 5:9 brings out that HE is a God exacting exclusive devotion. I always loved this Scripture. This is such a comforting hope of what Jehovah through his son Jesus Christ will accomplish. I appreciate how it states that God will set matters straight, which indicates that he is well aware of all the injustice in the world. I also appreciate Jehovah 's stance on war. He understands all the pain that comes with it. He promises us that he will put a stop to it forever. We will never have to even learn war again under his kingdom. BEAUTIFUL!

There will be a day when every one will serve there god on this earth in harmony. People will get a chance to see which god is the real God. They will know the true God by the love of His followers Micah 4 5 This is just a few years off, Many people will realize that killing is not the answer, Love is. Most intelligent people want to live and let live. There will always be those who hate, but we have to love them anyway, hopefully they will come to the light John 8 12 .

Does this verse refer only to the end times (the second coming)?
