Verse 36~Jesus was deeply touched. He did not just go through the motions of healing people because he had the power to do so, but he really wanted to help people.

Verse 21- the woman did not say “I might get well” but she said “I will get well”. She did not let doubts or negative thinking fill her mind. Her faith moved her to approach Jesus and this made healing happen for her.

Jesus heals but only those worthy for he questions those,"believe ye that I am able to do this?" For we see that according to our faith are we healed. "Go and learn what that means. I call not the Righteous to repentance but the sinners!" And we are sinners here on earth without exception. Thankfully we have an advocate in heaven who speaks with the Father, impleeding him for mercy for us. Amen

Verse 38: the work of preaching the good news of the Kingdom calls for as many workers as possible. We want to make this a part of our prayers.

Hi Alex; I think I understand what you're saying: but the whole purpose for Jesus leaving us in the world for now is for the Holy Spirit in us to convict the world by their seeing the grace of God in our lives as well as in our testimony. As far as looking for signs of His coming; it is the falling away of the many, and the transgressors coming to the full, and universal indifference and unbelief.
