A disciple: where is the error when every baptism that was ever done in the Bible was done in the name of Jesus? Its all through the book of Acts. The fullness of the Godhead dwells in the body of Jesus which is what we are baptized into and it is a fulfillment of Matthew 28:19 to the name. Brian: there is no since in debating the scriptures the Son has to reveal the Father to him as he did to Paul as well as us. Brian; but you're taking scriptures out of context, and seem to be deliberately denying the plain facts! A man and his wife become one, but they are still two people. God is one, and therefore He has said that we Believers should be one; but there is still the individual persons of the Father and the Son, just as we are still individuals. The Oneness of God is spiritual, in will, and in nature.

The "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are merely TITLES for JESUS CHRIST. The COMMAND is to baptize in the NAME of the Father Son and Holy Ghost and that NAME is JESUS CHRIST. There is ONE GOD who manifests Himself as the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and His NAME is JESUS CHRIST.
