When we hear from God through His word that is His command to us. Whatever direction He guides us in our life to go and or do. That is His will When we take a stand for God He will back us all the way. God has not left us alone . Sometimes the way may be rough but our reward is not of this world . God my Lord Jesus is with me till the end.

The fact that Jesus died nd rose again is a symbol to us that wen we bliv in Him nd die in Him, in our immortal flesh so shall we rise to seize the everlasting prize.in verse 19 He comands us to go thea4 nd spread the gospel baptizing pple.for by doing this we make them His disciples nd as branches of vine, we bear fruits nd so shall we be pruned.LET 'S WORK FOR THE LORD TIRELESSLY ND WE SAY, " COME OUR LORD. George, we can be sure because the Holy Spirit tells us that he is. The Holy Spirit is God inspiring us to believe that what he says about himself as Jesus is true. However, the Holy Spirit does not force us into this way of thinksing. He prompts us, yes, but that is all. We must choose to believe based on what is plainly taught in the Scriptures. This is what is written in Isaiah 40. "Messenger of Good News, shout to Zion from the mountaintops. Shout louder to Jerusalem, do not be afraid. Tell the towns of Judah, 'Your God is coming! Yes, the Sovereign God is coming in all his glorious power. He will rule with awesome strength. See, he brings his reward with him when he comes. He will feed his flock like a shepherd.... " And as everyone knows, JESUS IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD! Please consider this!

Verse 17. Even some of Jesus ' apostles doubted that the allegedly risen Christ was really Jesus. Well, if they weren 't sure, how could we ever be?

Dave s Matthew ch 28 comment of 6 27 2014 I suppose you are referring to the whole teaching of Jesus. There was and there is nothing revolutionary in His teaching. If He came today for the first time He would have said exactly the same thing. He was full of Love and compassion towards His people, but He had to be strict because it was their last chance. The Word is the same yesterday, to day and ........

The Jesus of Matthew was a man of his time, and his revolutionary ideas were wrapped up with 1st century beliefs of impending doom, devils and their eternal fires. He accepts that many will be deservedly condemned to these fires, and openly states that he comes not in peace but with a sword no compassion and love here. In complete contrast, he later says that he that lives by the sword dies by the sword. As I said, he was a man of his time, but his time is not our time.

The Father,Son,HolyGhost, are only titles of the one and only God who 's name is Jesus. No power in titles. Only in names is there power. Try using titles cashing a check. Uncle, cousin, husband. It won 't work. Only my name gives that check validility. Likewise, only the name of Jesus makes baptism valid.!

Matthew 28, verses 18 through 20, reads, '18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. ' Let me say it like this. God is one God, but with three distinctive personalities, or ways of dealing with our salvation. The Father directs God 's affairs, the Holy Spirit helps us to understand what God is doing. But Jesus, the Son, is always the way God speaks to us. This was true, even in the Old Testament. So Jesus says that we are to make this declaration in the name of God, or in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Then he says, I, as the way God speaks to you, have all power in heaven and earth, and I command you to believe it. He then concluded by saying that I, as God, will always be with you, even until the end of the age, or the end of the world. God bless you always!

All power that can be defined by human being, according to our human imagination, is under the power that Jesus has which supernatural beyond human comprehension here on the earth and above the heaven. No one on the earth, above in heaven, and the earth can stand before the power of God or his son Jesus. This tells us as believers we should not be afraid of anything here on earth because our Lord Jesus has the power to destroy any power, praise God

This passage wasn t misunderstood until after 451 AD. Please remember, there were four councils that met from 313 451 to settle the deity of Christ. The first three were to settle the Son 's relationship with the Father. The Holy Spirit was introduced on the fourth council. The misunderstanding came in after the Church settled that the three are one. The Arian doctrine of three distinct persons finally entered the Church, and Matt 28 19 was misunderstood to be three persons. Proper grammar will tell you that there must be a proper name of the three mentioned pronouns to be baptized in. Thank God for his grace or we will all go to hell.

28 18 Jesus does speak of his own name and his name only has all power. In 28 19 Jesus is not saying to use the words father, son,or holy ghost. Rather he commanded his own name to be used name is in the singular form. The apostles understood, look at at acts 2 38, 10 48, 19 5 the bible is100 true, we misunderstand, the apostles didn 't they fulfilled and obeyed. The words father son holy ghost started being used in the year 325ad for what was known as gentler persuasion. Remember out of tradition of man may people are destroyed. Also do ALL THINGS both word or deed in Jesus. For under no other name shall msn ne saved. The apostles we told do what ever they wanted but leave out the name of Jesus. Acts4
