Veres 15 -17 If we a person doing something that is wrong, you need to go to them, if they do not hear you, go and bring one or two witnesses, and if they don't hear them take them before the Church, and if they don't hear cast them out has a heathen. We could stop a lot of foolish things that go on in our Churches if we do it like the bible say do it, causes people don't want to come in front of the Church and get embarrassed.

Verily I say unto you, Except YE BE CONVERTED, and become as little children, YE SHALL NOT enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall HUMBLE himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Amen

Then the Lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt. But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took HIM by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. Should not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? And his LORD was wroth:

the text is very clear that God's presence is in those who gather in His name regardless of number. It shows that God is not after the number of people in a gathering because of His name like bible studies, prayer meeting, etc. And He did not say that if you are alone praying He is not with...

How is it that you boast of yourself, saying, By my own sight I did much! and, By my own hand I obtained much! Yet ye ignore the grace of God then, and confess not your own sins now: saying, God is all powerful and no man can resist his will, so why should I repent? Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Tsk tsk... Those of you pushing denominational worship and "rule of the church" are actually WRONG... Many times over the Holy Bible warns of "the sects" and being "decieved by false teachings"... I mean according to each denomination, everyone else is doomed to the lake of fire... Nowhere in the Bible does it state that we must report to a designated building to worship him...

Jesus teaches us in this chapter to cut of anything or anyone who tempts us in life. But also a few verses down He teaches that if he is our brother or sister in Christ, before we cut them of there are steps of trying to help them. If those steps don't work, only then cut them off. Praise God for this wisdom!

Verse 8~If something or someone is making us stumble spiritually we may need to take strong action and get away from that person or thing and draw close to Jehovah God.

Jesus, gave his life for our debt. We are going to be in situations that we going to have to truly forgive, we're going to have to truly let go everything. Even the littlest things the littlest unforgiveness can keep us from making it to heaven. This chapter is telling us to Let It Go and live and what I mean by living living a save and Holy life for Christ. We have to think within ourselves!….

David, the point of the parable is to teach us that we should live with a heart of gratitude. We have been given grace which we did not earn but was given to us and with this heart of gratitude it would be easy to forgive because we understand our own failures and short comings. Forgiveness is a natural outpouring of the Holy Spirit flowing out of us.

David (cont.); We know that Jesus said, that none of them which the Father has given Him shall perish; and no one is able to pluck us from His hand. But Jesus also made it abundantly clear, that we must abide in Him or we would be cast away as a withered branch and gathered into bundles to be burnt. Only if we DO what He says, are we guaranteed not to fall when the storm of judgment pounds on us.

David; What the Law exposes in man is that ruin and deformity caused by the evil alienated nature we received from our parents, as well as our own sins. The Law teaches us what kind of men we are intended to be in God's view WHO CREATED US AND REDEEMED US. The revelation of grace and truth through Jesus Christ fulfills the demands of the character pleasing to God, out of which establishes the Law.

Concerning Matthew 18:35: "So your Heavenly Father will do to you if each of you, if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses".
Question: This seems to be explicitly clear that the sin of unforgiveness is a sin God will not forgive a believer for committing. How does this verse/concept reconcile to such verses as Romans 5: 2, 20
