"My heart goes out for Joe V. & Hank Spicer on verse 36, of Matthew 10. But a scripture came to mind ( Job 19:14-19)read it and know that there\'s nothing new under the sun ( Ecclesiastes 1:9). Also Matthew 5:10-12. Remember Jesus went to his own people and they did not receive him either, so arm yourself likewise. (Luke 6:22-23, 40)."
"Ephesians 1:4 \"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.\" Christians understand that we can\'t be a holy people without the indwelling presence of the Holy Ghost nor can we be a loving people without God\'s Spirit because it\'s He who sheds His love abroad within our hearts (Romans 5:5). God chose to have a holy people for the good pleaure of His will. The Godhead determined before the foundation of the world that the people of God would be holy and without blame before Him in love to show forth His grace to the world. The criteria for being His chosen is \"To Have Faith In His word\" according to John 1:14. Only believers will be partakers of the Son-ship (Philippians 2:15)(Matthew 5:10). The plan for salvation was also established before the foundation of the world that whosoever repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to make them into the image and likeness of Christ and endure unto death in His truth and righteousness, shall be partakers of the heavenly calling and receive adoption as the Sons of God. Ephesians 1:4 is most effective when we incorporate verses 5-14. (I have a book coming soon please subscribe)."
"Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. John 15:25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause."

Sometimes God just waits till we believe the scripture and use it."
"To JOEL OSTEEN, Please read Matthew 5:10-12. We invested 20K in self-publishing the book 'A World Deceived' in 2005, and invested our personal money into the website for 15 years, including the website administrator. The first two distributors of the book went bankrupt and there has been no distribution since 2018. We have no Tax-Free status with Revenue Canada. It should be noted that in over 36 years of service we have never collected/received, solicited or requested donations. The gift of 'Life' was freely given and freely do we give to all those that believe (2 Kings 5:16; Matthew 6:26; 10:8). We don't take money from the people, including the poor, and live in a ten million dollar estate. We live in modest apartment and drive a 2012 vehicle. It is not nice to falsely accuse people, whom you don't know, including their message of Repentance, which you are unable to understand since you are separated from the true and living God (1 Cor. 2:14), as you take pleasure in following after an image of a false god and a false Christ (Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; Rev. 12:9). Seek, and ye shall find (Matthew 7:7), In His Service. Andy & Dianne van den Berg - Nova Scotia, Canada"
"Gerald, Maybe Matthew 5:10 might be what you are looking for, which says "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." This is just a guess on my part. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!"
"Here's some more for you Gerald. Matthew 5:10-12."
"Thank YOU God IN Jesus Name :)"
