The Bible says that ALL scripture is inspired of God. (2 Timothy 3:16) To say that an emperor wrote Matthew 28:19,20 is saying that 2 Timothy 3:16 is a lie. We know that Jesus and his disciples practiced and taught evangelizing.Remember the words at 2 Peter 1:20,21. Interpretation comes from God.
