Verses 37 and 38 are a point on the fact that Moses received these instructions in the previous verses on Mt. Sinai. He received more than the ten commandments on Mt. Sinai. He received the instructions for building the temple and the instructions for sacrifices on the altar in the tabernacle.40 days and 40 nights of instructions and commandments.

The Lord has a plan of taking care of His people that serve Him. He has a laid plan for them just the way He had for Aaron and his family who were serving Him at the altar. Therefore all those people that are serving the Lord should only pray that the Lord may open their eyes to see His plans for them.
