Discussion for Leviticus 19

Verse 32 commands that we respect older ones. The way we treat older ones will have an effect on our relationship with God.
  • Irene123
" ..... nor print ANY marks upon you: I AM the LORD." what part of 'any' does one not understand? This COMMAND refers to ONLY after one has repented and been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins. God does forgive any their 'marks' they have AFTER coming to Him, but we are not to get any more after coming to Him.

  • We have the following: 1 The Covenant 2 The Tannach 3 Roman bible new testament Put together by some very questionable characters: The Governor of Rome, the pope and the Pauline doctrine cursed be any man that does not follow my doctrine I choose to follow Yahshuah 's teachings. They were clear and concise. The Father clearly points out that He would test us... Why follow another trail ? There is only One Sheppard, only One flock. A beard is what our Father has required us to have and He provides details. I did not see a schedule, limiting the period nor geographical restrictions as to where not to. God 's words are clear... and a beard is a small price from his creation. Unless your heart is bent on satisfying man. I wear Tzi-Tzi 's Tassels also as commanded by our Father. YOU the "so called believer " that does not follow our Fathers commands are the "worldly one ". Think about it
  • to me it is an outward sign of rebelliousness, pride, vanity, ignorance,, self-righteoueousnss " Brands " your sinful nature to all who see it. In God 's eyes, E knows your heart and intentions, and He is our Judge. I choose to follow Jesus 's example.
  • All I wish to so is to those of you whom say the Torah is of the old covenant. The Tanach was written and all of which is writtin within is the Word of Hashem. Hashem did not write two passages, he was the auther of the entire Tanach. So If you banish any scripture in the bible you are adding and removing of the word of hashem. The Tanach clearly states any peson whom add or takes away from my word must be put to death. So this is a warning to those of you whom do not fear hashem. If you add and take only which agrees with your churchly doctrines you are slapping hashem through the face, and putting yourself above Elohim. One question, if all of the Tanach has been written and inspired my YHVH, then who are we to decide which fit our churchly doctrines. Wake up and see the truth, you will soon have to bow and know that Yeshua is our messiah.
