when you have been touched by the Lord, you going to tell somebody because you going to feel like shouting it from the roof top. I know a man and his name is Jesus and he has set me free. Bless the name of the Lord for He is good.
  • Lilian on John 9 - 7 years ago
Jesus is the Light of the World Jesus has to perform miracles coz there's no Jews that believes in him. The blind man was healed because of his obedience to wash his eyes in Siloam. Our obedience to God's words are more important than sacrifice. Thanks to the blood of Jesus. Lets worship him and praise him only for he is worthy Amen
  • Joyce Ballentine on John 9 - 7 years ago
John 9:39 "JESUS said, For judgement I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind." MY MY MY! JESUS WAS TALKING TO A GROUP OF RELIGIOUS FOLKS Pharisees WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW BUT WAS BLIND TO THE SPIRITUAL PART OF THE LIVING WORD! JESUS NOT ONLY NEW THE WORD
  • Nontokozo Lubisi on John 9 - 7 years ago
there is nothing to hard for the Lord, this man was born blind but now he can see. Jesus can change your situation in a minute and the people around you will testify about the power of God. and we must also learn to obey his word for obedience is better than sacrifice, Jesus said to the man Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, he received his sight because he obeyed the instruction.
  • Matt on John 9 - 7 years ago
Everyone is born ''blind'', yes. Everyone's memory is stripped of the 'world that was' (2nd Peter ch. 3), so they can decide whether to love God or follow Satan. One-third followed Satan in the first age ( Rev. 12). Not only did our Lord heal this man's flesh eyes, but He opened his spiritual eyes as well. All souls who don't don't overcome the second resurrection will go into hell (Rev. ch.20).

  • Josie on John 9 - 8 years ago
The lesson I learned from the chapter is that the man who was then an adult was borned blind for the purpose of being used to show the glory of God on that sabbath day. Since every day belongs to God, He could use them for His glory at any given time. Therefore, Jesus did not think of religion at the time, but the soul of the man who became a believer by the evidence of being able to see that day.
  • John Ngunjiri on John 9:25 - 8 years ago
This is a personal testimony. There was a physical change that he could attest that he blind but could now see.Although he did not have a personal experience with this Man of Galilee,a change in him could not be denied even by the unbelieving hypocrites. When a sinner is converted the person of Jesus Christ in him testifies of the goodness of God for the light of life is in him.He becomes a shining light to the blind world of darkness. There is no more blindness in him whom who has the the light of lights. Glory be to our God. The bright morning has risen in his heart. A new day has come.
  • Trinity adwoa kwofie on John 9:25 - 8 years ago

  • Abel on John 9:25 - 8 years ago
The man understood himself not the other way round. He was blind not his friends or colleagues but him. So our salvation only sees us through but by Jesus nit anybody else. This people they only wanted him to curse the Lord but he blesses and praises Him. What I know now is I can see through the eyes of my heart. I believe all to him could see because he meet the Lord.
  • Arsenical on John 9 - 8 years ago
I like versus 1-3. I am legally blind and I herd this chapter on tape a few years ago. I felt like Jesus was talking directly to me. I was born partly blind to do Gods will in my life.
  • Daniel on John 9 - 8 years ago
It is indeed true that Christ in us is hope for glory and no matter our circumstances or situation In life, one should never loose focus on the finished work of Jesus. Our lives can be up side down for years, but with one touch of Jesus in the our midst, everything will become brand new, so let us all run to the true saving grace and love of Jesus.
  • Philomena on John 9 - 8 years ago
I love Jesus.he came to this world for the poor.poor physically, mentally, spiritually. You must admit you are to get his help and salvation. He brings real transformation to those he visit.the bind man received sight, salvation and wisdom.my best verse in the bible is his response. 'I do not know if be a sinner......all I know is that I was blind but now I see... '

There is no Wrong of admitting that we are a sinners, it is an act of humility but if you remain in sin that is definitely Wrong. Sometimes we Christians We think on ourselves we 're righteouse self righteousness , we forgot that we made mistake also, True follower of Jesus Christ Praise Him, Worship Him, Give Thanks to Him, and Admit to Him that We also make Mistakes. and I just want to SHare to you If Pray to our Father Pray not just for Deliverance of Sin, but Pray to Renew your Mind and set it to God "s will only and Pray to Strengthen you so you can Resist sin...God Bless...
  • Dahlia Daniels on John 9 - 8 years ago
This is reality if we apply our Faith and Trust in GOD we can have the same Standards as JESUS did because he was GOD SON and we become his children the same as JESUS when we are TRANSFORMED INTO HIS SPIRIT and LIVING ACCORDINGLY as HE LIVED ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED and GIVEN TO US
  • Emma on John 9 - 9 years ago
I cannot believe that some Christians still call themselves sinners. How can you be a sinner and a Christian at the same time? When I became a Christian I strived to leave sin behind. If I sin I have an advocate with the Father and that is Jesus Christ. Ask for forgiveness and he will forgive. I know we all make mistakes. I don 't think we will be perfect until we get to Heaven but we must strive for perfection. To God be the glory forever and ever.
  • Webster clarke on John 9:31 - 9 years ago
It is self-explanatory. If God hears sinners what is the sense in being saved.Look also at Psalm 66:18 and Deutoronomy 29:18-22 and Romans 6 - it is frightening what today 's church believe that you can continue to sin and have God on your side.Sin is of the Devil and whosoever continues in sin is in satans domain -God cannot help unless you leave that domain like the prodigal son. Sin is the worst thing that ever happen to anyone and the worst thing happenning to people all over today.

John 9 4 Must here is a command which means it must be done according to how the command is.also weather you like it or not it must be done.this is one of the coincidental works he must do.is means everything you have to do do it with your strength, fast, deligently, wholeheartedly,in wisdom.night here also means sickness, accident,or death can take place.
  • Insight 777 on John 9 - 9 years ago
Verse 41... if one is blind to doctrine that is false then there is no sin. Those people may be preached to but knowing the truth they turn a blind eye to it and do not accept it as truth. They reject false doctrine, refuse to accept it so they are blind to it. People that say they know the true words of God but they actually do not and are teaching false doctrine say they see but are blind to the truth. Therefore they sin. I do not believe that God seals people into sin so they can never see the light. That is until Jesus returns to execute judgment. Until then all have the opportunity to convert and be saved.
  • Maurice Mwangi on John 9:4 - 9 years ago
Day light in terms of every available opportunity to do what God has called you to do as there is a moment of darkness when no opportunity will be available due to various reasons. Say when I am still young and energetic I can do more than when I grow old and eyes dim and I need one to lead me or even when my memory will no longer support what I can do or sickness loss of voice This would be a darkness moment. Do what you can do for God now now now before darkness when you can no longer work
  • John Colbert on John 9:5 - 9 years ago
Jesus is the light of the world. When I stand for Jesus I become His light representing Him. If I am representing Jesus the world should see some of the love of Jesus in me and in my actions.
