Wesley's Notes for John 16:13

16:13 When he is come - It is universally allowed that the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost dwell in all believers. And the internal agency of the Holy Ghost is generally admitted. That of the Father and the Son, as represented in this Gospel, deserves our deepest consideration.

I am not ashamed of the Gospel. Psalms 119:129"Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way."Psalms 119:104 also. 1Corinthians 6:12"All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient:all things are lawful for me but I will not be put under the power of any." A false way is against the Lord. False doctrine is against the Lord.

We shouldn't, as Christians, be on here to vilify anyone or their belief. There used to be an anachronism - WWJD? You saw it in lanyards, t-shirts, purses, everywhere. It seems we have rather forgotten about it. But it something we need to - remember. Jesus said, Be ye followers of me. He spoke to the Pharisees to 'try' to reach them - and He did reach a few of them, Acts 15:5.
