The Sovering Lord JEHOVAH' Did not create Satan which the word itself means oposer or contender , this angel was a perfect spirit creature and betrayed the lord and abandoned his position in the heavens, thus earning that name.Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

First off, God is good and only does good. He is not evil and cannot do or create evil. He does, however create an environment where He will allow evil to exist, just as He allowed evil to exist in the garden. Since He allows evil to exist, we therefore must make a choice to do good or evil, just as our salvation is a choice.

Verse 18: Jehovah God created the earth to be inhabited. He did not create the earth just so it can be destroyed.

"Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else." It was told to Israel at the first, that they bring the Word to all Nations, and that they would first proclaim to them Peace, and make war only after they would not submit; (Deut. 20:10-20): but Israel failed this. It was ever in the LORD's heart to save the world, and so it is now our calling.

The word evil means bad like the verse about the bad figs. God doesn't do evil. He created good and therefore he created the opposite of good.
