Discussion for Isaiah 31

Verse 3 shows the limitations that the Egyptians and horses have in offering security to the Israelites. From a human standpoint it would seem like a good idea to go to Egypt for assistance, but in comparison to turning to God this proved to be futile.

Vs 6 Turn ye unto him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted. Jesus Christ our Lord and savoir is whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted and the Lord gave this prophecy unto Isaiah as warning. Turn be unto him Jesus Christ amen.

Now the Egyptians are men, and not God and their horses flesh, and not spirit. This reminds me of the chariots of fire that took Elijah. It remind me of the army of God that Elisah prayed to open the eyes of Gehazi and Gehazi could see what he did not see the great army of God, the chariots of fire with their horseman .

We should yield it ALL to God,He will take care of ALL our needs and protect us like He is doing for Jerusalem. Our God is the only God that have power and authurity over ALL things. Give HIM your totallity and He will give you His TOTALLITY.
