I know the prophet is speaking of Israel but it makes me think of the way America is headed also..... America is standing for evil and we (the church) must repent as the kingdom of God is At hand...

Can the vision of ISAIAH will apply to Judah

Isaiah is a major prophet that God used doing Bible time to speak to his people the Israelites and to speak to all of us today . There is no difference in what was happening back then and what is happening today through out the world. People all over this world act as if God doesn't exist and they come up with their own righteous and have forsaken The Lord God and is facing judgement for sin !

In this chapter God viewed the Israelites' sins as wicked as the nations of Sodom and Gomorrah. They had fallen so far, but Jehovah God was laying their sins bare and giving them a warning before he took action against them.

To Russell Allen on Isa. ch. 1 - First of all - God bless for your humility. Here are some scriptures for your consideration - Deut. 4:39; 6:4; Isa. 42:8; 43:11; 44:6, 8; 45:5,6,18,21; 46:9; 47:8, 10; 48:11. There is ONE theme that runs through and 'connects' them all. As Isa. 28:10 says ..............; the WHOLE Bible works together, you CANNOT pick 'n choose what you want.
