  • Frank morris
Two questions. First explain Ezekiel 18? And how did king David receive forgiveness? No one can die for your sins, so I guess there is 3 forgiveness comes through what? Only explain in tanakh. Ok

"For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things..." Hebrews 10:1...looking ahead we see that the law was at best, a shadow, a figure, a type, with things on earth pre-shadowing both our lives as saints, and our lives in eternity. Chapter 9 is revealing how the types and shadows interact with the tabernacle and temple in light of our NT lives and living.

"It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these." The OT reveals in figures and patterns, the reality we live today in Christ Jesus. You must read Exodus, Leviticus and Deuteronomy to find figures and patterns of those things we experience today, and will experience in heaven.

This passage tells us that Moses ENJOINED Israel to the law ( BOOK ). Israel was MARRIED to the law and it continued into the early church, Thats y Paul is saying you are dead to the law by the body of Christ that you should be MARRIED to another even to him that was raised from the DEAD. BUT THIS SPRITUAL LOVE TRIANGLE ANSWERS TO David,Bathsheba, Uriah. the kingdom coming by a 2 nd Child TH H.G.

Louis (cont.); In the world of the beginning, what was it that caused the whole world to be corrupted and filled with violence and utterly WORTHLESS; so that ALL that God could do was to destroy everyone and everything, and start over with Noah and his sons? It was the sons of God the ones who HAD the knowledge of God and hardened their hearts and turned away from His Spirit of the Law and Christ!

Louis; Could you please explain in your own words, and your own understanding, how it is impossible to keep the Law and be a Christian at the same time? Interestingly, the Lord Himself said that the Law and the Prophets wouldn't pass even up to as far as if the heaven and earth passed away! And since when does someone who completes his schooling then have to condemn and forsake all he's learned?

I know a man who believes in and confessed to follow the whole bible, the law of Moses as well as the law of Christ. This is vast ignorance and is impossible. He is immovable in his unjustified beliefs.

Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

I believe that when the Bible say's it is appointed unto man once to die, it is not referring to a physical death because Lazarus died twice, Enoch never died and neither did Elijah (as examples) I believe it is referencing a soul death. Ezekiel 18:20 states that the soul that sinneth, it shall die..thus the need for man to be "born again", that's my interpretation based on what God's tells me
  • Ron
There are plenty of people who die twice, Lazarus, the widow's son, the young maiden. All three were stone cold dead and were resurrected to live out their lives and die a second time. The Lord Jesus Christ died ONCE NEVER TO DIE AGAIN!. There is a difference. All those at the final judgement died physically and spiritually once and will die a second time never to see God again, EVER!

Without the sheding of HIS blood
is no remission or forgiveness or
healing or peace or joy or love
    or grace etc.

And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.

Hebrews 9:27 means that every man will die in the flesh once and after which will meet the heavenly judgment panel.

Why is it so many people who say they have die and come back to tell what they saw after being dead??? I just where a person they said was dead in the hospital - but woke up to say he had been to hell and saw satan's eyes.
The bible doesn't teach that, and Christ died only once for all.
Hebrew 9: 27-28 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Are you Jewish? Are you a Hebrew? Words mean things! Paul IS the Apostle to the Gentiles. Therefore the Pauline Letters are written to us Gentiles, the rest of the Bible is for OUR LEARNING! We today are saved by a FREE GIFT and sealed unto the Day of Redemption the moment we believe the Gospel in 1 Corin. 15 ...PERIOD! You are failing to 'Rightly Divide the Word of Truth'.

Note the theme of the chapter, a Testament does not come into effect until the death of the Testator. That means that all four Gospels are under the Law Old Testament until the death of Christ at the end of each book. This explains the differences in what Christ said here on Earth and what Christ told Paul after his resurrection. The book of Acts is the history of the transition from Law to Grace.

if jesus did not die and shed his blood there would be no blood to wash and make us pure and clean before God we were born sinners for God to see us is through his son jests cleansing blood but we must first recognize that we were born sinners and accept Jesus as Savior by faith amen.
  • Stephen adderley for verse 27
Those that die in the lord will enter a place of paradise as with the thief receiving salvation on the cross.A place of rest free from any form of strife or calamity where they find out that the toils of this life is finished.absent from the body present with the lord.like the thief, this day ye shall be with me in paradise.like paul said,i believe that noting can seperate me from the love or present of god

The sins of the people were transferred to the lamb whose blood was shed for forgiveness of their sins once a year for there was always a need to shed blood for forgiveness and now a better covenant, a permanent covenant, through Jesus Son of God who took our sins upon Himself as a perfect Lamb, Holy and unspotted, once and for all and shed His blood for our sins, a lasting covenant. Glory to God! Thank You, Jesus!
  • Lewis for verse 16
Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jeremiah 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jeremiah 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Hallelujah What am hearing the Lord is saying,And particularly concerning the BLOOD is that he bring us to attention and declare that the former sacrifice was handled and considered inferior Because here come SOMEBODY who by His merit he went the Most Holy Place by his blood and for sure JEHOVAH accepted His sacrifice. JESUS Blood became the superior and perfect if all blood. Therefore, in this dark days , Those people who Will :- 1.depend on Blood 2.realise the blood 3.Worship the blood 4.Walk with the blood 5.Live with the blood 6.Trust on the blood 7.Washed by the blood 8.Cleaned by the blood of Jesus................ To Anonymous Hebrew chapter 9 verse 22 remark. According to the Law, God had put certain rules to His people, and one of them was to sac ifice an animal for each sin. That is animal blood should have been shed for forgiveness. In fact, as Hebrew 9 verse 7 says that high priest went into the second tabernacle once a year with the blood of the animal to ask forgiveness first for his own sins and then for the sins of the people. Thus there was always animal blood shed for every sin. verse 22 is saying that under the law there was always animal blood shed. But with the New Testament the blood of Jesus was shed for once and for all sins for all mankind who accept Him. One is called a Christian when he or she accepts Jesus of Nazareth as the Son of God, who was born as a human being by virgin Mary and He was crucified for our sins , and was raised the third day and He is now on the right side of the Father God,mediating for each each believer. Soon, He will come back as a King.
