  • Stephen adderley for verse 27
Those that die in the lord will enter a place of paradise as with the thief receiving salvation on the cross.A place of rest free from any form of strife or calamity where they find out that the toils of this life is finished.absent from the body present with the lord.like the thief, this day ye shall be with me in paradise.like paul said,i believe that noting can seperate me from the love or present of god
  • Ingmar54 for verse 27
So, no matter what life we have had, abuse and torture or a silver spoon and a lifetime of love, we are all expected to come to the same conclusion in just one lifetime. Hardly seems just. I believe God is just. People have more compassion for dogs. Look at dogs who have been abused as apposed to those who haven 't. How can we expect people to be any different. Their outlook on life and their beliefs would surely be affected. It would take more than one lifetime to understand anything as complex as life.
  • Gabriel James for verse 27
it reminds me of what i am about to forget mr. death. it is good that a child of God read the text every week twice.

  • Eneth Henry for verse 27
Certainly this appointment with death cannot be cancelled postponed or avoided This appointment will be for one time only Judgement will be by the just Judge Jehovah commendation and glory for those who accept Jesus Christ and condemnation for those who reject Him It will either be eternal life or eternal death Now is the time for self examination
