Heb 11:37 They were stoned. See, for example, the deaths of Naboth (1Ki 21:10-15) and Zechariah, the son of Jehoiada the priest (2Ch 24:21). They were sawn asunder. The Talmud says that this was Isaiah's fate.

Faith is not something that we physically muster. The Holy Spirit administers measures of faith to us of us. The more intimate our walk with Him, the closer we become, so our faith in Him grows exponentially. Paul stated that he wanted to know Christ in the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of the suffering He endured not only to be conformed, but also to win God's favor and approval.

Yess!! This chapter just blessed my Entire soul and it open my eyes to what faith really is its not just saying God i trust you with a little of my situation its saying "God take full control and let YOUR will be done , all of you and none of me " Amen i truly hope this blesses someone as it did me.

What is faith? That was my first thought on reading this chapter long ago. This is what the Holy Spirit showed me, it's a deep abiding conviction in God, a surrender to His will, and a change in conduct from a sinner to more than just a believer. The Hebrews Paul was talking to had become stagnant in their faith and walk with God. He was showing them the truth of deep commitment by those in past.

The Faith chapter. Who has faith to move mountains? To heal and resurrect. God the Father. To have faith is to have no doubt in spite of having no visible evidence. Better have a good lawyer. But look unto your composition. What are we. What animates us. Is it not spirit? Is God not spirit, unseen by flesh eyes but evident by the heart within. The Kingdom is within. And God is Reality
