Discussion for Hebrews 11

Paul speaks of faith being things unseen, things hoped for and recounts Old Testament history with which he was a scholar. His faith in God was guided by knowledge of the Word and God promises given to His Chosen, as the Jews were acknowledged to be. Then the Christ appeared to him, and told Paul that he had a special mission for him. Paul was chosen for his faith even though he denied Christ.

What is faith? That was my first thought on reading this chapter long ago. This is what the Holy Spirit showed me, it's a deep abiding conviction in God, a surrender to His will, and a change in conduct from a sinner to more than just a believer. The Hebrews Paul was talking to had become stagnant in their faith and walk with God. He was showing them the truth of deep commitment by those in past.

FAITH IS A GIFT FROM GOD OUR FAITH COMES ONLY BY HEARING THE WORDS OF GOD WITHOUT HEARING AND OBEYING THE WORDS OF GOD ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM. WE MUST ACCEPT THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD HE WAS SENT DOWN NOT TO CONDEMNED BUT THE WORLD MIGHT BE SAVE. THANKS TO THE BLOOD OF JESUS ALWAYS. BY HIS BLOOD WE ARE PARDONED. I WILL WORSHIP YOU JESUS FOR YOU ARE WORTHY TO BE PRAISE AMEN

Faith, believing with all we have mind, body and soul anything is possible through the word of God. Christ said having faith a grain of mustard seed, you could command a mountain to move and so it shall be done. Without faith hope is not provided proper justice.
