Where was Adam when Eve eat the fruit?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Hello Kenneth E. Morse: No there was only one man and one woman in the Garden of Eden. However, one can deduce that Adam and Eve produced many children beside Cain, Abel, and Seth after they were kicked out of the Garden. After the flood and God destroyed all of mankind except the 8 members of Noah 's family then the world was repopulated by Noah 's sons, Genesis 9: 19 "These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread ". A woman can have many children if the Lord blesses her womb. To the wife of Feodor Vassilyev gave birth to 69 children.

Hello Griselda Bittinger We all agree that the serpent tricked Eve. We all agree that Satan is the father of lies. However, because of Adam sin man now learned of evil. Even though we want to blame everything on Satan some things man do on his own.
  • Griselda Bittinger on Genesis 3:14 - 9 years ago
so in Genesis 3 14 when the Lord tells the serpent ... because you have done this , you are cursed more than all cattle and more than every beast of the field. on your belly you shall go... let us think on these things, the serpent was once a beautiful angel cast out of heaven by God right? So when he decived Eve and made her eat of the fruit he was evil in doing so, as we are in doing evil towards the Lord our God, So would you not think He meaning God would not punish the Serpent like the snake he was and is today. I do! I believe that he is a lying ,slimy snake decieving who he can on this earth today as he did way back then to Eve. God bless you all and keep your eyes upward towards our reward is in Heavenly places and in JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.

Hello P I submitted this 12 24 14. I do not know what happened to it. Part 2 of 3 Human beings want to blame everything on the devil, but not all things are the devils fault. Man s thoughts are wicked Genesis 6 5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. Mark 7 21 thru 23 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness All these evil things come from within, and defile the man . This is why when you repent you have to ask God to change your mind the way you think, act, and carry yourself. Philippians 2 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus

Part 3 of 3 No one knows what kind of fruit it was on that tree. Being angry at it or at Adam and Eve will not change the course of this world. We just need to thank God for his son that in him dwelleth all the fullness of the godhead bodily, Colossians 2 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily . Jesus Christ who is God manifested in the flesh, 1 Timothy 3 16, gave us a way out by following Acts 2 38.

Part 1 of 3 Hello P Romans 5 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned It was because Adam sinned that man s conscience was awakened to the knowledge of good and evil therefore, subjecting the world to manmade things such as war, poverty, prejudice, and such. Man s nature was changed Ephesians 2 3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others .

If I understand this correctly, the reason we have disease, war, poverty, cruelty and misery in the world is because Adam and Eve ate some fruit they were told not to eat, which I understand to be the "fall of man " in the Garden of Eden. Does anyone know what kind of fruit it was so I know which one to get angry at when I go to the supermarket ?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Hello Brother Ronald Sam It was not a covenant that God made with woman. This was a curse that came about because of Adam s sin. Also because of her disobedient to God 's word. One can deduce before the disobedient women was not meant to have pain during childbirth. However, the curse does not give a man carte blanche to mistreat any woman. God still did not intend on man to abuse the woman. He definitely did not intend on her to be circumcised. A husband should love their wife as they love their own body, Ephesians 5 28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. So when a man mistreats his wife he does not love himself or has low self esteem as a man.

Pastor Jon Ortiz That 's not why Jesus said " many will say I knew you and cast devils out in your name and I will say I knew you not " The Lord Jesus upon His return at the 7th trump will tell them that statement because they got caught worshipping anti christ because they were lazy preacher 's who were ignorant of the scriptures and either didn 't know they were worshipping Satan or didn 't care because the money was good playing church and misleading God 's children. They committed a sin that led children to death and that 's what they come up with for misleading Gods children to Satan. They run and hide in the mountains wishing to die and are ashamed. Just a thought..Judgment starts at the pulpit and all will be revealed in a twinkle of an eye.

I am just amazed that the bible is on the internet. How great to be able to go to this and possibly really get the meaning of each chapter. It sure would be good for a Sunday School teacher. So proud to know my computer is really good for another reason. Thank you for this opportunity.
  • Pastor jon ortiz on Genesis 3:9 - 9 years ago
It wasn 't a geographical question but a question of relationship. You see sin draws us away from God. In reality God was saying "Adam where are you in your heart? It just shows the reality of the possibility that even though he created us when we let sin govern over our lives we separate ourselves from God. That 's why Jesus said "many will say I knew u and cast devils out in your name and I will say I knew you not. ". The grace and love he has for Adam is also in display here. God gives man free will that 's he gave them the option between both trees. That 's why he didnt kill satan because he wanted to leave man an option. Who will u serve? God or satan u can 't serve two gods.

Robert Medina God had to have made the angels first before man ever existed. Even though that part isn 't mentioned in Genesis but later in the bible. If God made PEOPLE first, then Satan wouldn 't be able to take the form of anything if he didn 't even exist yet. Satan and his angels were kicked out of Heaven before the earth was filled with everything. Plus if Satan came to Eve in his real form, he would be too scary to look at and she would have shied away from him.

That 's teaches us about what brought sins to us and that it wasn 't possible to live by the law we need grace the love of our lord Jesus Christ meaning we can 't keep God 's commandments without His presence in us.

Part 3 of 3 Verse 14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth and I have set thee so thou wast upon the holy mountain of God thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. We know that cherub or cherubim are winged creatures or angels. Verse 16 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted they wisdom by reason of thy brightness I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. This is where some scholars say that Lucifer was beautiful.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Part 2 of 3 If we can agree that the Bible is the living word of God and each time you read it you get a little more, then you will understand my next statements. In Ezekiel, a book of prophesy, there is a spiritual connotation that would refer to Satan in these passages of scriptures as well. Many scholars agree. Chapter 28 it states that verse 13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God. We know that Satan was in Eden.

Part 1 of 3 Hello Bernie Luke 10 18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightening fall from heaven . Isaiah 14 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! In short, if I can say it like this because Lucifer or Satan was cast down and fallen from heaven with his angels it is assumed that he too was an angel.

So, C.R. where would the Garden of Eden be? Where do you find a river dividing into four heads? Where are the physical indicators of the first humans? Is your faith just spiritual, or does it take in the real world?

Where does the bible say that Satan is a fallen angle. Evangelist ?
  • Ibrahim Leadley on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Interesting comment about the Fallen Angels taking wives from among men. Wouldn 't be describing inter breeding between H.sapiens and other Hominid species would it? they must have seemed like 'Fallen Angels ' at the time!
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Part 5 of 5 Think about this, God destroyed all the human life on this planet except 8 souls, Noah and his family. However, since then there has been countless of giants born into this world, for example Goliath. Was he begotten of angels? In our world today we have living very tall and strong men. Were they begotten by angels? In the end, I will believe in what the Bible states that angles do not marry and that fallen angels are held in hell in dark chains.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Part 4 of 5 According to what I have studied this root word is usually in reference to prayer. The word palal literally means to "fall down to the ground in the presence of one in authority pleading a cause ". This can be seen in Isaiah 45 14 where the Sabeans fall down and make supplication this is the Hebrew word palal to Cyrus. If you use this word, palal, in reference to the sons of God, then that would further say that these men at one time where at a high spiritual level. The point is that this scripture is not talking about angels having sex with daughters of men.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Part 3 of 5 Now some scholars say that this scripture is talking about angels. These angels produced Nephilim. I could not find the word Nephilim nowhere in the Bible. The word Nephilim derived from a Hebrew root word naphal or phal which usually means to fall. Then someone like Sitchin, decided that these were angels who fell or was cast down from heaven. His translation was incorrect. There is still an argument over where did they get the word Nephilim.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Part 2 of 5 The only one left out of these sons of God was Noah who found grace in the eyes of the LORD, Genesis 6 8. Only Noah who was an upright religious man God chooses to save. He was a preacher during that time, 2 Peter 2 5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly So they, these religious men, came into the daughters of men.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Part 1 of 5 Hello Word The scripture in Genesis is not talking about fallen angels. Why would God call fallen angels his sons? Does he call Satan his son? He is a fallen angel. If I can say it like this, it was not until after Seth had Enoch that man began to call upon the name of the LORD. Let s think for a moment that these are religious men during that time that the scripture, Genesis 6 2, is talking about men who called on the name of the Lord. Somewhere along the way they lost their way. They lusted after the flesh. They had strayed from the path of God later on during this course in time. In reality these were men that at one time were at a high spiritual level and fell from grace.

Evangelist they took women as play things to try to destroy God 's plan of Salvation. Chapter 6. Oh, and it says in vs 2 that those fallen angles did take wives. You really need to learn the scriptures. I warn in my seed planting to trust no preacher and to read the scriptures on there own. As Matthew, Mark and Luke teach the children to take heed many will come in my Name Christian preachers misleading Gods children. Just remember Gods Judgment starts at the pulpit and them that mislead.

Hello The truth, Guy Larkin, Word, Amanda Baptism is very important. Does baptism alone save you? The answer is no. You need all three parts of the salvation plan, Acts 2 38, in order to be saved. However, the correct and true baptism will bring about the following Being baptized the correct way, you are baptized unto his death, have put on Christ, buried with him, and the answer of a good conscience toward God. Romans 6 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Galatians 3 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Colossians 2 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 1 Peter 3 21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, by the resurrection of Jesus Christ Everyone needs to be baptized and in the correct way so saith the Word of God.
