    Hello Janoyce,

Just to expand a little more to the truth S Spencer shared with you. As recently someone had a question similar to yours. The Love of God, Jesus Christ, is beyond what we can imagine. What I perceive as more important to ask is "do I love Jesus Christ"?

God is Holy and hates sin. To repent from the sins of this world, giving your life to Him, and live to do His Will is very important. I will just leave a couple Scriptures for you showing how important it is for us to love Him with all our heart, soul, and mind. Our love for Him shall not be forgotten.

    Deuteronomy 7:9, Deuteronomy 10:12-13, Psalms 31:23, Psalms 97:10, Psalms 145:20, Proverbs 8:17, John 14:21,

    James 1:12, James 2:5,

    God Bless.

    Hi Janoyce.

God IS Love, He's also Holy, He's also Just, He's also Truth.

None of these attributes fails him.

and they all play an equal role in our salvation.

God Loves us so he provided us a sacrificial Lamb. "Jesus"

    And He's Just!!!

Tho he Loves us, that doesn't void hi justice, A Christian WONT continue in sinful "practices"

John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

He's Holy and Truth, so he sent us his Spirit to create in us a NEW Heart. "The Holyspirit"

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (KJV) Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

    Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

    Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

God is Love but He's also Holy, ang Judge righteously.

    Hope that helps.

There is nowhere in the Bible that states Noah had triplets. There is Scripture to prove what Chris stated is correct:

" Genesis 7:6 "And Noah was six hundred years old when the floodwaters was opon the earth."

Genesis 11:10 "Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:".

A little bit of subtraction tells us that therefore Shem was born when Noah was in his 502nd year."

Knowing Noah began to beget sons in His 500th year. Japheth being the oldest son of Noah, born in/close to Noahs 500th year, then Shem in His 502nd year, and the birth of Ham, youngest, can not be traced. Just as Chris stated.

    God Bless.

There is no where the Bible says Noah was 502 years old when his sons were born to him. Let's be careful not to add to God's word. God bless you
  • Vince - In Reply on Genesis 2 - 3 years ago
Yes, triplets at age 500. Japheth, then Shem and last, Ham. God bless you

  • Eating Heavy Bible Every Day on Genesis 2 - 3 years ago
I can't believe what I am seeing in here. I can read whole books of the Bible every day. I turn off the phone, the tv, get a large water and pray that my eyes and heart be open to the Holy Spirit.

He's our Teacher. Book of John 14:28,

    John 16:13-14, 1 Peter 2:2,

    1 Corinthians 3:2

If we're not quoting scripture like The Son of God, what are we learning?

Acts 19:15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; BUT WHO ARE YOU?!

This is what we need. More Christians quoting scripture like the Son of God.

I have visions ok. I had this one of me as a baby Christian: I was sitting on a chair by this big table. I had my arms on the table pulling food into my mouth. Everybody's face looks like disgust. Then I hear and see Jesus laughing at the head of the table. He was pleased. I wake up.

Jesus likes to see a healthy appetite!

If I sound kinda rowdy it's because I'm from Texas. If we all ate the Bible like Texans can pack on some barbecue, we'd all be firing scripture like the Son of God.

When Jesus was in the desert, fasting 40 days and nights: he was challenged by Satan. Jesus said, IT IS WRITTEN: and He fired off the appropriate Scripture. He defeated Satan each time. We can too. We're his disciples too.

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

18And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Interesting that the Lord God commanded the man, before he gave him woman. That being said, the woman would sin against him, being the one to give her the result of partaking of the fruit. The Lord then had a way to crush the head of the snake, giving Christ Jesus entrance to the salvation of mankind.

"an help meet" should be "a help meet",do thou think so?

    Lisa Armstrong,

"Because the bible was written about the Israelites, from Adam and Eve"

Adam and Eve were not Israelites, and the Bible is written about Almighty and Everlasting God. The history of all people of this world is a topic, as are matters like law, love of God, love of neighbors, government, nature, etc..
  • SkipVought - In Reply on Genesis 2 - 3 years ago
    Greetings, Lisa.

Genesis chapter 1 is the general account of the creation of the earth and its inhabitants, including a man and a woman.

Chapter 2 focuses on the creation of that man and woman and it begins...

"These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens," Gen 2:4.

The phrase, "the generations of" is repeated 11 times in Genesis. Adam and Eve were the man and woman that God created and breathed the breath of life into.

From Genesis 12 through Malachi, the last book in the Old Testament, is all concerning Abraham and his descendants, Israel or the Jewish people.

The New Testament concerns the Jews and non-Jewish people referred to as Gentiles, the ministry of Jesus, The Son of God, His death, burial and Resurrection and how his disciples began spreading, The Gospel, the Good News that through trust in Jesus, anyone can be forgiven and have everlasting life, with the intent that God had for everyone.

Yes, The Father, The Son and The Spirit cooperated in the creation events. They agreed, "Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness." Then John wrote, "In the beginning was The Word and The Word was with God and The Word was God...And the Word was made flesh [Jesus], and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
  • Lisa Armstrong on Genesis 2 - 3 years ago
Because the bible was written about the Israelites, from Adam and Eve...we know that....

While God was creating the heavens and the earth....He created man in (OUR) image, so He created man and women then Adam and Eve? Who was with God? AS in John, the Word was with God...and the Word was God...

Verse 18-even though Eve was created as a helper that did not mean that she was inferior. She would work together with Adam to accomplish Jehovah God's purpose for the earth and mankind.
  • Earl Bowman - In Reply on Genesis 2 - 3 years ago
Norman, May the Spirit grace you with his understanding.

Angels are spirit messengers of God (Spirit). They perform the will of their God (Spirit). They are neither bad or good. Their messages can either be deceit of truth depending on the results their God (Spirit) desires. God (Spirit) uses both (deceit or truth) to cause the outcome he (Spirit) desires.

1 Kings 19-23 And he said, hear therefore the WORD of the Lord (Spirit): I saw the Lord (Spirit) sitting on his throne, and the host of heaven (spirit messengers) standing by him on his right hand and on his left,

(vs) 20 And the Lord said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall (be killed) at Ramoth-gilead? And one (spirit messenger) said on this manner, and another (spirit messenger) said on that manner.

(vs) 21 And there came forth a spirit (messenger), and stood before the Lord, and said, I (spirit messenger) will persuade him (Ahab).

(vs) 22 And the Lord said unto him (spirit messenger), Wherewith (how)? And he said, I (spirit messenger) will go forth, and be a LYING spirit in the mouth of ALL his (Ahab's) prophets. And he (Lord) said, thou (spirit messenger) shalt persuade him (Ahab), and PREVAIL also; go forth and do so.

(vs) 23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a LYING spirit in the mouth of all thy (Ahab's) prophets, and the Lord hast spoken evil concerning thee (Ahab).

Job 12:16 .....the deceived and the deceiver are his (Lords)

Ezekiel 14:7-9 .......and cometh to a prophet (of the people) to inquire of him (prophet of the people) concerning me (Lord); I the Lord will answer him (prophet or the people)by myself:

(vs) 9 And if the prophet (of the people) be deceived when he has spoken a thing, I the Lord have deceived that prophet.

May the Spirit grace you with his wisdom. ALL IS OF GOD

I wish I would get the answers for this question but my email is messed up but I have wondered many times and I know he will but how can Jesus talk to that many people while judging them like billions. I know he will but how? Just think about how many people that is! Everything about Him is amazing! I think we maybe will be in some kind of spirit form? Talking about interesting! God bless each and every one of you!! Amen

    Hello Raymond,

I believe we are all going to have to give account of what we have done in our lives whether good or bad.

    As in 2 Corinthians 5:10

One thing that some people denote is that there are two different "judgement" seats. As in English we cannot see this. One word they use for "judgement" is "krisis" transliterated from Greek. As it is used for "accusation, condemnation, damnation, judgment" in the Bible. The other word is "bema", also used for "judgement' in English, as the usage in the Bible is " judgment-seat set [foot] on throne." Some people say this is more for handing out rewards rather than condemning.

As there are two verses I know of in the Bible that says a "believer" shall not come into "krisis" or condemnation. One is John 5:24. The other is Romans 8:1 that states there is no condemnation to them that are in Christ.

As 2 Peter 3:7 states "krisis" judgement is kept for the ungodly people.

Hope that helps some. God Bless.

We should not forget that when they were in their mother's womb they were fight. When they were born Jevon held the heel of Esau's foot, meaning, "Why did you come out before me?" He even from babyhood he understands

The rights and privileges of first born. That prove that Jacob has strife, jealousy, unhealthy rivalry and ill motivated. Jacob is also crafty and stingy. Jacob wants to excel more than his elder brother. For collecting the blessings meant for his senior brother, he was intrinsically fraudulent.
