Wesley's Notes for Exodus 35:30

35:30 The Lord hath called Bezaleel - And those whom God called by name to this service, he filled with the spirit of God, to qualify them for it. The work was extraordinary which Bezaleel was designed for, and therefore he was qualified in an extraordinary manner for it. Thus when the apostles were appointed to be master - builders in setting up the gospel - tabernacle, they were filled with the spirit of God in wisdom and understanding.

Is it under the law or under grace? All human race, since the fall, have lived under grace. And this is exhibited by the fact that though sin abounded from generation to generation grace also abounded. If man could be left under the law, no one could live, for the broken law demands the life of the transgressor. God has provided us a way to life, we who deserve death because we are all sinners and

Rejoice, good question. Allow me by the Holy Ghost to began by saying the law is perfect and is the perfect character and nature of almighty God. The problem is we sinners are not perfect therefore something good became our enemy. But the law point to what we as sinners need a Saviour and that is Jesus Christ. This puts us now under the grace and truth of God by Jesus Christ. But we must always observe the principles of the law which is the character of our Holy and perfect creator almighty God. His rules and code of conduct without the rituals and ordinances etc. Gatlatians 3:24 says, "Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, that we might by justified by faith. God bless us all and in the understanding of his Word. Glory be to Jehovah in the highest through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen!

Letty, amen what you said is Scriptural therefore is true. May I add regardless of weather we appreciate Christ 's sacrifical death for us or not his sacrifice and resurrection for mankind will not be in vain. Though it might be in vain to the sinner who fail to appreciate it many of us will still be saved and make it home weather paradise on earth or heaven. God bless us all and in the understanding of his Word. Praise Jehovah in the highest through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen!
