Through all of my filth, grime and annoyant complaints, The Lord and Savior has shown to me his mercy far more than I deserve. Even daily when I fall, he is right beside me to help me up. I LOVE THEM = The Father, The Son, The Holy Ghost.

Sometimes when I read verses like that I wonder who all is. Because that word is stated so many times in that verse it makes me believe it is of great importance of understanding that message. So I would turn to the concordance or something like it and get a good idea of what "all" really means. When you do that you find that 'All' can be translated as 'everyone', 'everything', etc. But also importantly, 'all' originates from the word 'chayah' which means to live, to revive, to keep alive, certainly give, promise life, nourish up, preserve, repair, and restore, etc. So now, if you go back and read that verse replacing 'all' with all those words I just said the verse sounds really cool and especially shows me again how God expresses himself in such an amazingly awesome and powerful and GIVING way and so generously pours out his glory on "all" his children. Amen

I learned this the hard way. Now I watch what I say, thinking with regret and remorse about the unkind things I said in the past.

It s difficult to minister to others, when you are not spiritually feeding nor standing firmly on the foundation of God s Word . Message: The Holy Bible is truly the Word of God, sealed and delivered with the entirety of His existence. The Holy Bible is a an effective resource that allows us to gain knowledge by firmly grounding ourselves in the Word of God, by reading and comprehending God s law. Therefore, continue to grow in knowledge, love, faith, and harmony, trusting and believing that the Lord is your foundation, that will never blemish or crumble. Because He lives, His Word feeds me. Because He lives, His Love surrounds me. Because He lives, His Blood covers me. Because He lives, His Grace reaches me. Because He lives, His Mercy saved me. Because He lives, His Strength protects me. Because He lives, I Live. Go in peace my brothers and sisters in Christ and know that He is near. Amen Elaine Maxine Howell Teacher Author God Bless :-

Do not speak down to people. Do not be quick to point out the faults and short comings of others, they already know them. Look for the positive and speak on that, to allow them to see goodness and hope in a situation.

Eternal entreaties- Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

(17-19) Many seem to believe that everything is automatically done for us the moment we become a Christian. While we have confessed our sins to God and repented with the most solemn and sincere intentions, and have received forgiveness and a new start in life, no longer under sin's dominion and control over us; yet there is much still in us that is not fit for God's presence and fellowship.
  • BSP on Ephesians 4 - 6 years ago
Verse 17: True Christians were and are not to act like the worldly ones around them.

Here is how I feel about this verse in this day and age. I read it and say to myself what think about this verse if there were no verse before nor after it. Be ye angry, yes I am angry the way this world is today. Jesus Christ died on the cross for all our sins and if he would not have we would all continue to sin and go straight to hell when we die, no chance for heaven nor eternity. Let no the sun go down upon your wrath, No, I will not let the Sun go down upon my anger regarding the way this world is today, I know Satan is always around me however, he cannot touch me as long as my Father Creator is around me always. Satan is not my Father nor Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ is and of whom I will always pray too. We as human have complicated the most simple things. One Father, One Son and One Holy Ghost, AMEN TO THAT. Whomever may send me a negative response to my comment, Does not bother me that just causes more anger which I know how to ignore. Thank You
  • BSP on Ephesians 4 - 6 years ago
Sometimes we will get angry, but we want to control our anger so that we don't sin by doing or saying something bad. We should try to settle matters as soon as possible.
  • Ray321 on Ephesians 4 - 6 years ago
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Now the new man inside me is the Holy Spirit of God that will guide me in truth. The flesh will still sin, but the washing of sin is the reading the Word of God. Thank God for the two edged sword. Love in Christ

Verses 17 to 19 bring out how many people have decided to choose their own degraded course in life. God did not purpose for humans to live the way they do now in a degraded world.

The Lord and His word are meant to be taken personally. Weather good or bad, it is always His decision. His word is " do not let the sun go down on your anger". Honesty, integrity, humility and The Fear of The Lord. This leads to life.
