  • Irene123 on Ephesians 2 - 7 years ago
If we really love Him, why do we so frequently celebrate the grace of Ephesians 2:8, and so seldom acknowledge the grace of Tit. 2:11-12? After all, they both come from God's word.
If we truly love Him, why do we find so many excuses to not come together with others of like mind to celebrate our relationship and learn more about Him? Heb. 10:25

"To the chief Musician upon Muthlabben (translation: To Die For The Son), A Psalm of David." What's in a title? There seems to be many Psalms that David wrote, because of what happened over the matter of Absalom. Every line is full of deep meaning, of what is with the inner life with God. Our secrets sorrows, and the hard things He gives us to know, all shape our character and friendship with Him.

We must be seperated from the affairs of this world. Its a strong aspect in that the scripture says that we must PURGE OURSELVES from the affairs of the flesh. This can only be done by US with the help of Gods Holy word

  • James Johnson on Job 28 - 7 years ago
Their is nothing as breathtaking as a good thunderstorm especially over a beautiful mountain range or a ocean. It reminds me that God is ultimately at the controls he is great and greatly to be feared. But he don't want us to serve him because we fear him but because we love him. Creation shows how great he is and deserves our loyalty and devotion."We love him because he first loved us" John's...

Great Shepherd, please do the same for my beloved daughter, a single mom, burdened with worries over her stressful job, and she doesn't realize that You Lord, the Great Shepherd is all she needs to stop stressing. Just get in the habit of reading Psalm 23 daily!

Stephede - I owe you an apology. I just read Lk. 20:1. As the O.T. is very seldom referred to as the gospels (which they are) I misunderstood. It is true, tho', the N.T. wasn't begun for 'about' 15 yrs. after Acts ch. 2. So actually, the '4' Gospels are still O.T. - as the N.T. hadn't begun yet. Yes, that was a surprise to me too- when I first learned of it. But it DOES make sense.
  • Wayne on Matthew 28 - 7 years ago
It's is one God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, just as Jesus Christ is trying to tell you. I and the Father are one, just like He says. Three persons working together for our good. John 14 states the Comforter will come. Jesus says He will be in you and He will be around. Never leave you. He, a distinct person. Not thing. He covered Jesus without measure. Not hard to see. God Bless YOR confusion.

We must keep our eyes stayed on Jesus and what he did at the cross of Calvary. I have learned of nothing greater in this life than loving Jesus Christ my Precious Savior. I have such peace and joy deep down in my soul. I know plenty of unbelievers and I wish they could understand how Great our Elohim is if we would only take time to know and seek Him. I feel so blessed and hope you are too.
  • Kimberly de la Torre on Hebrews 13 - 7 years ago
Thank-you very much for the on-line bible. I have allergies and reading my bible makes it hard for me to breathe and I have to use my inhaler and take allergy meds. My reading experience with this bible is enjoyable and brings me closer to our Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God.
