We hear people at work cheering themselves up with little sayings like "Livin' the dream" and we think "better wake up!" Reflecting upon this "life" altogether, it seems like "it can't be real!" Reality and truth is found in the Word of God. We wait for Jesus' return, and to awaken the world from this nightmare.
I love all the word of God. It's my strength and peace in this Valley of Death that Im walking through. Only by the grace of Gods all mighty love and protection am I being spared this long. I know I have witnessed God like I never would've thought I'd get to. I will say one thing I know for sure...God is powerful indeed. I'm very lucky and grateful to be on his side. Forever in his mercy. In Christ Jesus name I humbly pray. Amen

As I wait to be taken up to surgery I have read this psalm over a few times. I feel such a peace knowing HE is with me as I go through this. When I close my eyes as they get ready to put me out my thoughts will be on this psalm. Thank you Jesus for your word is healing to our bones.

Acts of love and kindness shown to Paul who was in chains made him pray for the Philippine church that his God shall provide all their needs Phil 4:19. There are lots of true men and women of God in the churches now in chains of sickness, financial difficulty, marital challenges etc. Let us pray for them and extend acts of charity so Phil4:19 can be our portion.
