Verse 6: I like to comment on verses about being wise with what God provides; in this case treasures including money. Nothing positive about debt is mentioned in the Bible. And yet, many Christians are sinking in debt and are slaves to it. Becoming debt free years ago, I know that it allows you to prepare for emergencies, provide for your family and give generously!
