    "..let the weak say, I am strong. Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord." The men of the world, they are the weak; and the ungodly, they are the heathen to be gathered and brought up to their doom. While they hold on to their ancient deceits of pride defiance against Christ, thus will they fall.
