In this John was being literal with what the Lord showed him. These are actual insects, yet microscopic. These insects have internal mouths and eyes set above a nose looking. Its of a gold glittery color and its antannea are speed far out and they look sinister. All this is upon us now. Jesus told of all this that is happening now in Mark. Jesus was very concise in his telling of today's occurrences. When he gave it John and Daniel to tell theirs were more prose. Jesus didn't mix words in Mark.
