    foundation here means everything happening around us in regard of changes, outcome of events politically, economically,world crisies from good to bad or evil. The only thing the righteous do is at the beginning of verse 1, "I trust in the LORD, " Fearing God was the basic foundation this nation was founded on, but now that was been destroy!!!. Jer:9:24 , JEHOVAH DOES JUDGEMENT.
