While Apollos was in Ephesus teaching all he knew Aquilla and Priscilla heard him speaking they took him aside and taught him the way of the Lord more perfectly, Acts 18: 24 thru 28. When he was disposed meaning when he was placed in order of the right way, he began to teach, Acts 18: 28 For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ. We can deduce that it was this time that Apollos was saved. In 1 Corinthians 3: 6 Paul confirmed this by saying I have planted, Apollos watered but God gave the increase . If I can say it like this, Paul laid the foundation, Apollos was the teacher or preacher who continued to water what Paul laid down, and God added to the church such as should be added.
